I used this machine for the first time recently, and I’m genuinely blown away. It syncs with the Barsys app instantly - no fuss, no lag, just seamless connection. Once it’s set up, it makes your drink for you with zero effort. I literally tapped my phone and watched a perfect cocktail appear. The machine itself is so fun to use. It holds plenty of alcohol and mixers, so you’re not constantly stopping to refill anything, even when making drinks for multiple people. We got a Barsys Coaster last year and we find the combination of the Coaster and the new Barsys 360 a great way to satisfy different use cases. Some friends have a Bartesian but we are really happy with the Barsys devices because unlike the Bartesian devices, there are no pods to buy and with the Barsys app and hardware, you can make any drink you want exactly the way you want from whatever ingredients you have on hand in your bar or kitchen. As cocktail newbies, we found using the Coaster to experiment and try out new drinks and to tailor drinks to our particular tastes really easy and simple with the Barsys app - initially, there were some bugs and annoying things with the UX/UI of the app, but almost all of these have been fixed in the latest updates and we've enjoyed exploring and discovering new drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and using the Coaster. The content on the app is also getting a lot better and more and more recipes and mixlists are available which makes it fun to use the devices. We find the main use cases for the Barsys 360 to be: 1) once you know your "signature" drinks/cocktails, the Barsys 360 is awesome at hosting events and parties where you can showcase these. The 360 allows you to host but not have to be the bartender all night - so you can enjoy the party instead of mixing drinks; 2) while perishable ingredients like juices, and some mixers can't be left in the machine for long periods of time, anything with a decent shelf-life can be left in and having the ability to push a button and have a nice Negroni tailored to your own tastes on demand is pretty awesome. Loading, flushing and cleaning aren't too much of a hassle with the app if you want a more complicated drink but that's why we also have a Coaster! One thing that we'd like to see to make the experience better is the ability to see a shopping list for the mix lists and to have a "starter" kit or kits that you can order with the device (or from nearby stores) so that the friction points of the out-of-the box experience are removed. When we first got the 360, we didn't take it out of the box for a few weeks because we didn't know what we should put in the reservoirs to best make drinks we liked - once we solved that problem, it was a lot easier to want to use the device. The best thing about the Barsys ecosystem vs competing products is the lack of "lock-in" to have to buy their pods and the flexibility to create whatever drinks you want. The company has made great strides in updating the UX/UI of the mobile app and the content and seeing this evolution has made the investment in the hardware worthwhile. Looking forward to seeing what else is coming....

I bought this for my husband's man cave and he has become the most popular guy on the block. He and his friends love trying new recipes while grilling and watching sports. It makes a perfect drink everytime and it looks cool doing it. It's so easy to use and the app has so many drink options that there really is something for everyone. This gadget really is fun to use. It's basically a party in a box and worth every penny!

**EDIT 05/03/25: Upgrading this review from a 3 star to a 4 star. I finally got my new machine in the mail yesterday. They fully covered the replacement machine and it came with a power block this time too. **UPDATE: Customer service really sucks. If you read through the review you'll see I started a claim with the Barsy support team on March 27th. Originally, it was constant feedback but the basic support team could not help me so I was transferred to their supervisor and that's when things went downhill. Everything is done via email. It took an entire week before the "supervisor" even got back to me, which resulted in a "please try a different outlet and see if that fixes the machine". It did not, and I told them that the day afterword's. Which I then didn't get a response for another 15 days. On Day 14 I got fed up. To put things into perspective, my "case" started March 27th, it was officially resolved April 24th. April 23rd, like stated, I was fed up and voiced my frustrations. The next day I received an email, that they are sending me a new machine and they will send me a tracking number once it ships. Today is April 26th, no tracking number yet but the problem is resolved finally. **** This would be a five star review but we have run into some frustrating complications. I will update the progress if there's any resolutions to be seen. The machine itself is amazing, every drink comes out perfectly. There's a large list of drinks available to make and it seems like they update their drink list quite often. You can also save/create your own drink if you like too. Cleaning the machine is a little strange but not awful. It is a big machine so you do need some counter space to set it up. When you get the machine the mixing cup does not come with it, once you register the machine via the app they then send the cup to you. You do not get any tracking information on the cup but it does eventually arrive. The cup is cool but I wish I could add ice to the cup while its mixing. FYI you don't need the special mixing cup to use the machine, you can use any household cup you have. The machine comes with a power cable, looks like an android phone cable and its suppose to come with a power block. Mine did not. I stole my husbands phone power block to use the machine. I find that where you plug the cable into the machine is a very inconvenient spot. It is extremely easy to overfill station F and have liquid go down towards the power outlet. The power outlet should be in a different spot to avoid this. So if you are reading this and have the machine, use extreme caution when filling station F. Overall, before the issue I'm having which I will state below, I use the machine everyday. It makes the perfect drink and its pretty straight forward. Guests love watching it work. Our most recent issue started March 26th 2025. We've been using the machine since thanksgiving of 2024. You turn the machine on, hook it up via Bluetooth, select your drink, it turns green which means "place your cup", you place the cup and it spits out 0.25oz of liquor and then says it has been disconnected from the Bluetooth. After that it either does the same thing for the rest of the night or it says "place your cup" and doesn't register that your cup is sitting on the machine. Contacted customer support at Barsy March 27th, at first I was impressed, they emailed back right away, tried to troubleshoot it for me, but now we are on the stage of the machine just doesn't work so is it covered by warranty or not. It has been radio silence since this stage. I have sent follow up emails to see what is going to be done, to see if it is covered or not, I have also called multiple times. It's been a week and they keep saying a "supervisor" is handling the case now and will get back to me when there's an answer. If its not covered by warranty will I buy another one? Most likely, but before I do I don't want to waste my money if its covered by a warranty. For a $425 machine that only lasted about 4ish months, I would really hope there is one. However, I do love my machine.
