Safe came with door on the inside. Customer Service was very prompt and sent another one within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that one came the same exact way. We did end up popping the doors open ourselves and they have been secure and work fine since. It's just a bunch of tedious stuff you shouldn't have to do when buying a product. My boyfriend bought this for me to store my gun and bullets. So far so good. I had to reorganize it cause the door is thick from battery and reset button. But it fits what I need. Still looking for a place with a stud in the wall to mount it. I don’t feel comfortable just putting it in any space in the wall. The angel at the bottom to drill in the floor is really small. I don’t think I could get a drill in that position ... show more

I used it to store some cash and other items (pills jewlery.) I originally bought a cheaper one but I did not feel comfortable with it because it seemed flimsy compared to this one. I don't think I have to be explain that it would be easy to walk off with this unless you install it in a wall or preferably in the floor like I did. Instead of buying a more expensive option, I keep all of my stuff in a fire resistant envelope and keep it in the safe, so it’s low cost and does what I need it to do. It’s exactly as pictured. It is easy to set up and work. My son was here and took a look at it as well, wanted to see if it could hold a gun. There is a lot of space, so yes it can. They only caution is the batteries. I was moving it and it slipped and dropped a couple inches to the bed and the batteries popped out. Mounting system was missing hardware. See instruction photo. Difficult to attach nut to bolt. If you don’t get it exactly right, it cannot be redone. Other photo shows that we were only able to get one of the bolts in. 😡 So far the digital pad has worked and is easy to use.
