I ordered this chair for my in-laws who wanted something that could heat and massage their backs. The first oddness occurred when this was delivered: we received TWO chairs by accident (we had only ordered one and we did not accept the second one...sent it back with the delivery drivers). But putting that aside, the delivery consisted of two large boxes. I had brought my tool kit over to their house expecting a lengthy install since there were multiple boxes. Much to my surprise, there are no tools necessary to put the chair together! Everything just snaps together and plugs in. SUPER easy construction. The second oddness came when the plug was not included at all. It came with a power box, but the cord to go from the power box to an outlet was missing. Luckily, we had one that fit lying around and were able to immediately begin using the chair. To be fair, I checked the parts list included and did not see the plug listed. However, such an odd thing not to include! How about the chair itself? I am amazed at how much you get for the price. It is a great value. All the features worked as advertised, the heat doesn't get as hot as you would expect (its not hot like the seat warmers in your car get), but otherwise there were no glaring quality issues or inherent cheapness associated with it. And it is VERY comfortable. Time will tell how it holds up, but as long as all goes well, they want me to order a second one in about a month. ... show more

A first it wasn’t as comfortable as I was hoping. However, my back has done real well with this chair. So, it makes me sit differently which is good. Comfort is coming as I get used to it. Chair was purchased to replace an older chair. less than three months and it is already binding and the hinge parts are wearing groves in the outside of the frame unit. Feels like going over rail road tracks on the right side as the bottom extends.

I was having surgery and needed something fast and nice !! This was amazingly fast and easy assemble and looks great in my somewhat formal living room and is ver comfortable .. I like that is has the massager but I wish that part was stronger but is nice to have this feature !! Can’t go wrong with this one !!! Super all around nice !!! ... show more
