If I bought this pillow in order to help train myself to sleep on my back; I would give it 5 stars. **There is absolutely no neck support.** The indention area for the head gives the impression that the neck area is raised but it is not. Once your head is positioned into the head hole, your neck barely touches the neck ‘support’ area. I would not buy this pillow if you have neck pains. So I've had neck and shoulder issues for as long as I can remember. I get horrible knots that are made worse by working on a computer all day for work. Three weeks ago, I hadn't realized that I had accidentally started sleeping on a pillow that I don't usually use for under my head and had been waking up every morning with a headache from terrible neck/shoulder pain. When I realized my usual pillow had accidentally gotten switched on me, I started using my regular pillow again. While it did lessen the neck/shoulder pain from when I had been using the wrong pillow, I still was not feeling super great in the morning... which led me on a hunt to find a better pillow, and ultimately led me to purchasing this one. Three nights into using this new pillow, and I'm already in love. As soon as I laid my head on this pillow, it felt like I was lying on a cloud. It was amazing. I could immediately feel the tightness and tension in my neck and shoulders trying to leave my body... it was incredible. I have finally been waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and without excruciating pain. My sleep has improved dramatically (and is even further confirmed through a sleep tracking app that I use and more restful sleep for longer stretches). My only critique is that I wish the grooves for your arms when side sleeping were a little bit deeper as my arm fits kind of awkwardly in there when using it... but it's a small trade-off for a product that makes me feel so much more amazing each day. Not sure if I received a different brand or different quality pillow but the one I received is no where near the thickness and size of the ones I’ve seen on other reviews. The pillow I received is maybe 5” thick at the thickest and the majority of the pillow is super thin, maybe 2-3”. I waited almost two days after receiving to wait for it to “fluff up” and I was left with a extremely thin pillow. I have a suspicious feeling the one I received was outsourced to a factory and I didn’t receive the quality product that has garnered so many high reviews. I am super disappointed because this product was so highly rated and was recommended to me. My sleep habits are as follows; I side sleep about 50% of the time.. Back sleep usually when I fall asleep and I stomach sleep early morning before I wake up. I need a pillow that can deliver comfort for all three positions, provide support and flexibility. This pillow was recommended by an online “profiler”.... and I am pretty sure I was duped. I had ACDF surgery 2 years ago(3 discs replaced in neck) and tried several different memory pillows in hopes of getting a decent night's sleep. Even purchased one from Chiropractor. I am VERY PLEASED with this pillow! It cradles your neck perfectly. I sleep on my back most of the time as I also have back issues and the pillow feels wonderful. If I do turn to sleep on my side, my head and neck are still supported. I keep a pillowcase on top of it and it works fine. Buy it. I think you'll be surprised how much you'll like it. It took a couple days to get used to it and now I can't imagine sleeping on a regular pillow! I'll be purchasing one for my husband! ... show more

Instant headache. A plastic mesh, which is very rough and uncomfortable, covers half the pillow and feels quite unnatural if you try to est your hand or arm there. And who on earth would put a hard button in the middle of a pillow, right where the back of your head rests? This pillow took one thing - the wing-like head support and surrounded it with absolute nonsense. Customer service sent an email basically asking to 'make things right' before I even received the pillow. What??? They can make things right by making a new pillow. ... show more

Okay. I was skeptical at first, but I LOVE this pillow. It definitely takes some time to adjust because it isn’t your typical pillow, but I’ve been getting the best sleep the past week since the start of using this pillow. I also got one for my husband and he also loves it. We are both side and back sleepers. My neck doesn’t hurt in the morning anymore. I don’t feel the need to constantly crack my neck. I don’t wake up with headaches anymore. I’ve tried MANY pillows and this one is just off the charts. No comparison to others. Get it! I think the only con I have is how small it is. I've bought a lot of pillows in my search for a better night of sleep. I tend to sleep on my side and most pillows for some reason end up making my neck or shoulder ache and I toss and turn all night. Not this one! This is honestly the most comfortable pillow I've ever had.
