This rug looks great in person. The design is both classy and laid back and works well with the color scheme. It's a nice weight and with the non slip backing, it stays in place. It's low profile and easy to vacuum but still very soft with a little texture to it. It's amazing how much rug pattern and color change the feeling of a room. I switched out a rug in another color for this one because while I liked the first one, once it was in place, I could tell what the room really needed was a softer grey-scale rug. I bought this for a bedroom in my son's home--the room is about ten by twelve---and this rug is the perfect size to fill up the "center" area of the room and as a result, does not interfere with the placement of furniture. It is a lovely neutral gray design and it matches is dark gray walls just perfectly. This is comparable in price to the big box stores, but is a lovelier design and I think, better quality. I was so happy with this when it arrived - really nice in person! The color and design are both neutral and versatile enough to use it anywhere. I have it in the guest room, and it's soft and silky feeling underfoot. Seems well made and durable, with no loose threads, shedding, or pilling. Very nice and thin area rug. Was surprised to see it was folded up in a bag and delivered in a box. For the size I was expecting it to be rolled up. But since it was a nice thin one makes since to fold it. I unfolded it and put it at the foot of my basement steps and it looks good can't even tell it was folded. This rug is mis-listed as grey when it should be listed as blue. I've included a photo here. The rug at the top of the photo is a true grey rug in my home, and the bottom rug is the rug from this listing and is blue. Unfortunately I will not be able to use this as my entry rug because I do not have blue in my home. While the rug is soft and would have been great in grey, I would not recommend this rug if you are looking for an actual grey rug. ... show more

This rug is true to the ad, from the thickness of the pile, to the softness, and the colours look just like they did in the ad. It does get caught in the vacuum due to it being so low in the pile height and not a thick rug to begin with. I recommend having the vacuum on a very low suck setting to clean this carpet. All edges are sewn together, no loose threads that I can see. Looks nice in front of the sofa in the rec room, the blues are a very nice saturation and complement the walls and sofa. ... show more
