Pretty darn good!!! Nice colors, heavy (37 lbs!!). Comes folded in a box but one open, any creases disappeared with 30 min! Just a slight bump here & there which I’m confident will level out quickly. Nice material & it has a woven appearance that I like more than other rugs I recently bought - those are more of a microfiber, velvet type feel. Similar fiber but the appearance of weave adds a very nice look. No complaints!!! Well worth what paid for. Very mild odor that dissipated quickly. The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 10ft X 14ft Khaki rug. It’s wonderful. The packaging was great it’s folded and boxed so no more rolled edge rugs. It is thin but that is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very soft and the colors are great and neutral. I am amazed at how much I like it and the fact that it’s washable is an added bonus. For this size rug I will have to take it to the laundromat and use an industrial washer but that’s perfectly fine with me. The rugs colors were a bit different in person than they appeared online, but overall nice. You can tell the design is printed on, but it still is presentable. My older dog made a mess of our previous carpet, but so far this has held up very nicely. The rubber backing keeps pet urine or other liquids from soaking through to the wood floors and ruining them. We mostly use an upright carpet cleaner to handle spots, but the rug can be machine washed. It is a bit heavy and cumbersome to run through the machines, but it did wash well and came out smelling fresh. Very thin. After more than a month of laying flat, it still has creases. This rug is in our living room and goes under our couch. Thin rug. Easily buckles when pushing furniture on it. The material is soft but I can tell it will fade with use. It comes foldered in a box and takes a while for the lines to come out. I took my steamer to it and they came out. For the pice it’s standard quality.

Had to return this item and am grateful the seller refunded me in full. However, the pictures don't show the hints of yellow on the rug. Once we placed it down, from afar, it looked nice, light and airy. But once we got closer, the yellow resembled pee stains. We have two cats, so we couldn't keep it.
