I was pleasantly surprised when I finally saw how the rug looked once it was setup. The box the rug came in was smaller than I expected so I thought I made the wrong choice. I'm glad how light this rug is, now I know how manageable it will be when washing it in a machine washer. I love the size, color, and thickness of the rug. In the picture it does show some wrinkles; its been laid out in the room for +10hrs and the wrinkles are almost gone. ... show more

I suggest laying out some books and furniture to get the folds out faster. It’s low pile and not really plush but the material is really soft which is worth it to me. The rubber underside keeps it in place really well and seems to add a little weight and keeps it flat and in place. The pattern up close looks more block like but it’s really nice, soft and mellow. It seems more watercolor flowy once you put a coffee table on it and there’s furniture around it. I haven’t washed it yet, the bigger size you get the harder it is to maneuver into the washer, I suggest going to a laundromat and using their big ones but I have a very small old washer and dryer myself. this is a nice rug. The gray is a very greenish gray, so this is something I feel people should be aware of before purchase, depending on the needs of your decor. I've bought a few of these rugs now for my house, and love the fact that they're machine washable, so I've been looking for ones that coordinate with my kids' rooms as the naturally messiest locales in my house. So far this one seems to be holding up nicely, and I'm really happy with the purchase. The marbling hides dirt and dog hair in days when I can't get in there to vacuum, and when spills (inevitably) happen, the rug is in and out of the laundry room in a day or so. ... show more

I am not sure what I expected at this price point, but this rug is ridiculously thin. I don't know if I would even call it a rug. It works as intended since I bought it for a TEMPORARY cover to the concrete in our basement; but I would never use this for an actual area rug. I’m not in love with this rug, but it’s a decent value considering the size, and it doesn’t look terrible. After buying similar rugs and reading the listing description, I was expecting this to be softer. Instead, it’s actually rough and scratchy, and my bare feet kind of stick to it as if there’s a residue left behind from the manufacturing process. I’m not sure, but it’s not very comfortable to walk on and is much too large to fit in my washing machine. ... show more

This 6'x9' foot carpet came quickly in an easy to transport box. It was light and easy to lay down with only one person. The carpet is easy to put in the washer as it is thinner and foldable. My only complaint is that this carpet shows every spec of dirt, so I feel I will need to wash it a lot.

This abstract area rug has exceeded my expectations! Not only do I appreciate its size, but I also love the muted colors that add a touch of elegance to my living room. When I took it out of the package, I was immediately impressed by the softness of the material. This aspect made me happy, and I knew it would be comfortable underfoot. However, I did notice that the rug is quite thin, which is something I am not used to. Nevertheless, I have come to appreciate its thinness, as it makes it much easier to clean and maintain.
