This is an updated review… I purchased this gorgeous dinnerware over a month ago. After many uses in the microwave the pasta dish popped and cracked. I notified the seller and was completely blown away by their customer service. They promptly responded to my email with apologies and sent out an entire new dinnerware set. I did not have to return the others. It’s unusual now a days to get stellar service. There just aren’t words for how impressed I am with this seller. That said, I would purchase from them again and I’d recommend them highly. This dinnerware set is beautiful with subtle scalloped edges that would work for casual or fine dining. I use daily which means at least one piece meets the microwave. I’ve had no other issues. I absolutely love these dishes and am thankful that due to great customer service I can continue enjoying them.

My husband and I looked for quite some time to find the perfect set of dishes and these were it!! Love the way they look and feel. These are NOT lightweight so if you have a problem with your arms and/or shoulders, you need to put these dishes in your cabinet, one by one. But they are absolutely worth it!! We are so happy with our choice!

I absolutely love the look of these dishes. I bought 3 sets, but I ended up returning them all, because a plate chipped the first day. They were packaged very nicely and sturdy. I first opened one box and put the dishes in the dishwasher to clean. We used the plates for dinner that night and they were placed in the dishwasher again to get washed a second time. The next morning I went to unload the dishes and I saw one of the plates was already chipped. It was more difficult to see than most plates because the white chip matched white plate, but it was still noticable. The description of the plates said they were chip resistant, but only after 2 washes and one use they were already chipped. I personally wouldn't say they are chip resistant. However, they are gorgeous plates. I should also note that the plates are on the heavier side.

Incredible customer service with this company. I had a plate break on me, and AMZN did everything possible to not help me. After using the set for a week, they wanted me to return the whole set instead of replace one plate that broke. Instead of helping or putting me in contact with the store who sells, I did my own research and contacted them. Very kindly, they offered a full replacement for free. I will absolutely be buying more sets from this company, and their customer service did a fantastic job taking care of me and I am now a customer for life! Also, this set is BEAUTIFUL and elegant. It’s a must for your home!

I love these dishes so much. I purchased them in October. Today, I warmed up some pasta for less than one minute in the microwave and heard a pop. Odd, but took the plate out. Then added my husbands plate in the microwave and heard a pop. After further inspection, both plates cracked completely down the middle. I’m so bummed because I am outside of my return window. Not a cheap set for a 4 place setting and for this to happen. The details, which I double checked today on Amazon states microwave and dishwasher safe.
