I was looking for a functional piece to clear up the "shoe pile" by my front door, and this Homaxy Bamboo Shoe Bench really hit the mark. The 39.4-inch width is perfect—it’s long enough for two people to sit comfortably at once, but the bamboo frame keeps it from looking too bulky or heavy in a narrow hallway. The dark grey cushion is surprisingly thick and doesn't flatten out immediately when you sit down, which was a relief. I also really like the side holders; they are actually deep enough to hold a few umbrellas or even some rolled-up magazines without them flopping over. Assembly took me about 25 minutes by myself, and all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, which is always a gamble with this kind of furniture. The 2-tier design easily fits about 8 pairs of adult shoes, and there’s enough clearance on the bottom for low-profile sneakers or flats. It feels very stable and doesn't wobble when you sit down, which gives me confidence in the 330 lbs weight capacity. If you have a lot of tall boots, you'll probably only be able to fit them on the very top or by the side, but for everyday sneakers and heels, it’s ideal. Pros: Sustainable bamboo looks much nicer than cheap particle board. Side storage is a clever addition for umbrellas or small items. Sturdy build with no noticeable swaying or creaking. Cons: Only fits low-profile shoes on the bottom shelves (no boots). The cushion cover is spot-clean only. It’s a great blend of a storage rack and a piece of furniture. It definitely makes the entryway look "finished" rather than just cluttered.

Doesn’t look as nice in person as it does in photos. The rattan portion is also more yellow than it is a natural brown color and looks cheap in person. Easy to assemble though.

The design of this shoe rack was very interesting. After following the instructions very carefully, it came out pretty well. It can hold 250lbs of body weight if you elect to sit on the bench on top of it (so long as the screws are screwed in well). I'd prefer the screws to be better organized per the instructions as some in similar length can be hard to distinguish which one that instructions are referring to. Overall decent shoe rack bench. It can hold quite a bit of shoes, but bare in mind, it is not meant to hold a significant amount if the intent is to store a a lot of shoes on this rack. The side tray is decent, but rather flimsy and tricky to install due to limited space and challenge keeping the washer in place.

The Homaxxy shoe bench looks great and is very functional. The instructions were easy to follow, though assembly takes a little time since it uses an Allen wrench instead of a screwdriver. Once put together, it’s sturdy and visually appealing. I weigh around 200 lbs and didn’t notice any wobbling or flexing when sitting on it. It holds a good number of shoes, and the side pocket is a nice bonus for umbrellas or flip-flops. The bench feels like solid wood rather than particle board, which is a big plus, and the other materials feel high quality as well. I ordered the walnut color, and it matches the product photos perfectly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice, well made entrance bench. Store your shoes by the door, sit down to take them off or put them on, organizes everybody's shoes and offers a nice looking place to sit when you get home. Great value, easy to assemble.
