The reason I only gave 4 stars Is because Because they want to fold up but it's probably because I don't sit in them that much They look really good I put 1 of the pillows in it from amazon and it really made it these are really well built and are so much worth the price!! They have not lost their color at all All summer And I think that they will last for many years they are really appreciated great And I really like them ... show more

I'm throwing away all my patio chairs. Not really, but, these are extremely comfortable and the price is unbeatable. I bought these for meditation out in nature. I'm not good at meditating seated cross-legged so, these are a great alternative. The locking mechanism is not very effective but the design keeps your legs elevated pretty well with body weight alone. I'm 5'10" and weigh 205lb. and these support me just fine. If you are bigger, taller and/ or have a large frame, I'd spent the extra money and get a higher quality chair. Also, my heels rest right on the foot bar so, again, if you're taller, maybe consider getting a longer chair. My feeling is that these are sturdy enough for an adult who will use them gently. I don't recommend flopping down on them, coupling, or letting children rough house on them or they will be damaged. Otherwise, these are a great value and will serve my purposes perfectly. These chairs are great!! They're comfortable, easy and kind of fun to operate, the color is nice, the little side table is a little flimsy, but it works for me just fine. I'm 5' and 120 lbs, so I don't have an issue with not fitting. My boyfriend is 6' and 220 lbs and he's very comfortable in them as well. I have noticed the rust that has been mentioned in other reviews when the chairs are left out in the rain. It's a very small area and I bought some rust inhibitor that someone else mentioned and it works just fine. My current favorite thing to do is sit in this chair, in my backyard with my preferred beverage, kick back and watch the fireflies rise in the evening with my kitty sitting in the chair next to me. It's become one of my happy places and these chairs have a lot to do with that. ... show more
