Came package very nicely with no issues whatsoever. FedEx delivered it so you know they take more care of things than USPS at least in my experience. Putting it together was a breeze. Took me about an hour. As long as you can read you can put this together. I. The pamphlet said to scan QR code for a video but I couldn’t find the QR code anywhere in the paperwork or the box it came in. Love that the footrest just slides right under the chair out of sight when not in use. The electric USB massaging pad is not a gimmick! It actually works quite decently and kind of impressed me lol. I ordered this chair as an early Christmas gift for my son. It arrived in two days in one box. My son assembled it by himself. He loves the chair especially the leg support and massage feature. It is a very comfortable chair and aesthetic addition to his masculine young adult bedroom.

Easily put together and is sturdy. I dont use the pullout leg feature. Seems like it may break. Plastic brackets. Other than that I really like it. Great price for the chair. 5 stars if the brakets were metal. My only qualm.

Sturdy, looks good and comfortable. The leg rest I wish was longer but I’m 6’5 so leg room is always rare thing. If your the standard 5’9 height then this will be perfect for you!

It's a decent chair albeit small, was easy to put together. It's like many other chairs on amazon and similar to the one I replaced. But this one is small and narrow, it's made for small people, I mean teens and kids, or if you just sit completely straight, it's hard to not feel cramped in it, the base needs to be wider, the foot rest doesn't go out far enough. I'm just an average size 5'10''~150. It's just a very basic chair, with add on cushions and a loud motor to make you feel better about your purchase. I use a real cushion for the bottom and the back, I only have the head pillow attached and that makes it adequate. It squeaks when you move or recline or move the footrest. It does go up and down nicely, but doesn't recline far enough, a bit overpriced. ... show more

This chair was very simple to put together, and looks good. I like the leg support. Although the brackets for the leg support are plastic and feel cheap, they have held up so far. And that's about the end of the good. The chair is not comfortable after about 30 minutes. The vibrating lumbar support is not comfortable at all. If you wear shorts. You will stick to this chair. I play racing sim games and had to remove the casters to get the chair low enough to get a good angle to my pedals. The seat is rather wobbly. I have to remove the bolts from the arm rest to get them out of the way so I dont constantly hit them when playing racing sims. Arm rests that are adjustable would have been far greater. The back of the chair is thin and I can feel the hard plastic cut outs on my shoulders. Would I buy it again? No. Save up more and get a better chair is my advice. ... show more
