Only one or two parts were labeled so assembly was brutal but the engineering was good so you really can't make a mistake. Holes are drilled in different spots so if they dont line up, you did it wrong. I was impressed with the build quality, the bolts never stripped, things connected well, etc. And now that it's complete, we REALLY love it. I didn't realize that the parts are modular with complete stand-alone sides for each section (no open holes) so we were able to make a U shape with it. Plus the tall corner opens for cushion storage. I think it'll hold up for a long time and so far is really comfortable. I'm just going to Scotch Guard the fabrics, but it didn't need any extra structural extras or anything like that. PS, assembly by myself took just over three hours, partly because the two pieces that DID have part number stickers on them were incorrect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This set is awesome for the price! It’s sturdy, comfy, looks nice & is versatile. My 16 year old son was able to put this together on his own in about 4 hours; No issues with instructions or any of the parts. Shipping took about 4 days to arrive give or take a day. Husband argues it can be more comfortable but that’s nothing different cushions can’t fix. The only thing I didn’t quite like is that the back cushions/pillows fall over on their own. They won’t stay propped up easily, again, nothing different cushions can’t fix, but in all honestly for the price and quality, it’s pretty alright. I won’t be swapping out the cushions until needed, maybe in a year or two. I was a bit on the fence due to the lack of reviews and photos but don’t think on it too much, it’s worth it! A huge pro: it’s super versatile and easy to rearrange the pieces to give your outdoor space a different look, a must for my ADHD indecisive personality! ... show more

I really like this set A friend was visiting and helped assemble it. It comes in many pieces and many steps but once you get the first piece assembled then you have an easier time assembling the rest It does take time and patience however the finished set is wonderful.     • Directions were not user friendly.
Delivery of the three boxes came in on separate days not at the same time. Parts were not labeled making it difficult to assemble. Had to match up pictures to parts in order assemble which took longer than expected. The storage container does not have enough room to store all the cushions.

The media could not be loaded. My top priorities in looking for outdoor furniture were: (1) Durability. My husband is a largely-built human, so he needs more support than the average human. (2) Cost. (3) Functionality. I wanted something I could reconfigure, move, etc. This product is decent, but not wholly as advertised. Only just put it together and outside, so will try to update review later, after more time. (1) Durability -- I got this piece because the pictures show the underlying structure as having at least 4 metal supports, placed diagonally. (Although, I thought all the lattice structure shown underneath each seat was all metal. It's not. The square lattice is just more of the un-enforced rattan.) However, the product I received has only 2 metal supports per seat. I'll have to update this review after we've had it out for a while. I have many dogs who have already taken a liking to this, so they - along with my husband - will put it to the test. Though I do give the furniture a fair chance and keep it covered with at least a blanket (when it's not going to rain) to protect it from the dogs' toenails. So, ultimately, I'm not pleased with the product pictures advertising something that was not provided, but I'll give it a chance. Reserving full judgement, but for right now - because I did not get what was advertised - 5/10 stars for this factor. (2) Cost -- It's decent for the price. I had to get over the initial sticker shock of outdoor furniture, in general. Having not shopped for it before, I didn't expect it to be so expensive, but it seems these prices are normal. I chose something that was still modestly priced, so I'll see if I ultimately "get what I pay for." 7/10 stars for this factor. (3) Functionality -- I like the ability to reconfigure the pieces. I like to lounge, so being able to double up the seats to make a "bed" of sorts is nice. But then having the ability to turn it back into a regular couch is good. Full marks on this factor, 10/10. Other notes -- Easy enough to put together. But don't even try to mess with the dinky allen wrench they provide -- it will take you forever if you do it that way. Instead, get an allen wrench attachment for a drill. The instructions were clear enough. I would recommend doing as I did and laying out all your pieces beforehand, figure out what letter they are (per the instructions) and label them. Many of them look alike and it did take me a minute to distinguish them. (Hint: sometimes it's just a little foot at the bottom that's different, or a screw hole is on the left vs the right.) Figuring them out before you go to assemble will save you loads of frustration, I guarantee it. I did as another reviewer suggested and got a water-resistant fake Christmas tree storage bag to store the cushions in when not in use. It fits them all pretty well and keeps them together, so I think that was a good idea. ... show more
