The Good: I got all 3 boxes in at about the same time which was great from other reviews I had read. Items are easy to put together though don't fully tighten until you have all bolts in place for each piece. This helps give you room to get the bolts threaded properly. I also bought some Scotch Guard to treat all cushions and pillows to help them last longer. I will say that on my 3rd box I was given the blue cushions instead of the light beige. I sent them a note on Friday evening and received the light beige covers today (Tuesday). That is great and fast customer service! The "bad": I really like that the seat cushions have a way to keep them from sliding, however, the back pieces don't and they like to fall forward if you lean forward. Would be nice to have those be able to attach to the back of the chair. The only other thing I wish came with the set was the ability to connect each section to the next piece to keep them from sliding around. I ordered some so hopefully that will resolve that issue. Overall: Nice set out of the gate and hope these hold up over time. Minor areas that could be improved noted under the "bad" section but those are minor. ... show more

This patio couch & ottoman come in 3 different boxes. The directions were slightly confusing at first but thankfully there were little stickers on each piece so I was able to figure out what went where easily and I must say this has been one of the easiest things I have ever put together. The cushions are a little thin, but the couch doesn’t feel stiff at all. When you sit on the wicker it gives in a bit which makes it that much more comfortable. I also love that I can make whatever combination I want out of the couch. The wicker is light weight so it’s easy to move but not too light that it blows away in the wind. With that being said, the one downfall of this set is the cushions on the back will definitely blow away at the slightest breeze. I’m not sure why it doesn’t have hooks on the back of them similar to the seat cushions to hook into the wicker. It’s an easy fix with some velcro so I’m not too concerned. First off I want to thank Mia for her impeccable customer service. There was a little mix up with the shipping but she made it right and I got a few extra pieces for free. She was timely in her responses and it put me at ease. The set is beautiful! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The packages come in3 different shipments so I was able to put the pieces together a few at a time which I get was easier than doing it all at once. Items were packed well and contained all the parts. The cushion quality is very nice and the color is great. I like the toggle pieces on the bottom cushions which secure it to the seat. The rattan is of a better quality with consistent color and weave. I love the table as well. I’m so happy with this set and have already recommended this company to some friends. This purchase was a great value for the money and I will go back to them for other products. Thank you again Mia for your great customer service!!! ... show more

Was looking for beautiful patio set furniture that would not break my bank account. This set fit the deal it came in three separate boxes faster than the time it stated for arrival. The set is very easy to assemble I did it all myself with no assistance with easy instructions to follow. I had an issue with one of the boxes where the color did not quiet match up to the other in the set. I reached out to their customer service rep via the email on the box...explained the situation and provided photos and a new box was shipped right away! Awesome customer service.
