It would take a while to put more than a couple of accent strands in your hair. Apparently hair tinsel is all the rage .. who knew? Lol .. my daughter and her friends had a blast putting this in each others hair. It is fun, sparkly, and a non permanent way to add some flair to their hair. The tinsel stayed in for about a day. My only complaint is that they got tinsel everywhere. It can be harmful for pets. This rainbow gold hair Tinsel is so pretty, colorful, and sparkly. It was a little hard to get used to but once I got the hang of it my hair looked gorgeous. You'll want to cut the band that holds them all together and stand by stand DOUBLE a knot them into your hair. These are gorgeous! I love how long they are too! My hair reaches past my mid back and these are the perfect length, I didn't even have to cut any. They don't come with anything to attach to your hair so you will need to get those before you can use these.
