Although Holly Carol had thought her two sisters and she would be spending Christmas together, it seems the triplets are going to be separated by quite a few miles. But with her in charge of the Christmas Eve party where she works, she will not be alone that night at least. Also, she thinks that her current job at the business might advance to a top position and be announced soon. Then Ivy learns the owner of the company wants his son to be the one who receives the position which she had hoped to be given. Now she and Jonas Noble will be working together so he can be a competent CEO, but this fact will not make the holidays cheerful for her. The Christmas Carols trilogy once again has a story about a woman who is facing several personal issues over the holidays, and the developments in HOLLY AND THE GHOST OF CHRISTMAS PRESENT are repeatedly very emotional as well as believable. Holly has worked hard for a company over the years, but it appears she will not be taking over when a crucial decision is made. Her interaction with Jonas starts out shaky, and how their professional relationship will end up could impact both their lives. I really enjoyed how Kate Tilney created conceivable scenarios for this couple to live through, and many of the moments had me smiling at how they acted plus what comments were made. Getting to see how Holly truly felt at times made the book all the more real, and watching the responses of Jonas to her suggestions was definitely convincing, too. You are going to enjoy reading this series, it’s a definite must read! Next up is Holly, the Carol triplet waiting to be named CEO. Enter her boss’ son Jonas, he has not had a great relationship with his dad and Holly finds out that he is going to be named CEO! A position Jonas does not want. Holly heads into work knowing that after the party tonight she will be the new CEO. When she arrives at work she finds out differently, the boss's son has returned and he plans on making him CEO. Her Christmas spirit tanks with her sisters gone. She prepares the office for the Christmas party with half her spirit as she is forced to show the son around. Well written story and well developed characters! Triplets! All with Holiday names! This is Holly. The middle one. She is looking forward to the office party and the big announcement that her boss has been hinting about. A Betty White look alike makes a cameo in all the books!

Holly Carol is alone at her her job. Decorating for the Christmas party. Jonah Noble, her bosses son is in her way and the door handle snake Jonah in the family jewels! The ghost of Christmas present looks allot like Rose Nyland, from Golden Girls actress Betty White!

Super sweet love story. It has wonderful characters. The storyline is amazing. Both lost a parent. They both find a beautiful relationship along with a wonderful happy ever after ending. I highly recommend this book if you love a feel good romance.

Holly and Jonas' story is much better than the first book in this series. It's a reminder that when we dwell in the past and focus too much on the future, we miss the beautiful moments of life that happen in the present.

Another great story in the trilogy of the Carol sisters. In this one Holly is an executive at her work who is hoping to become the CEO when her boss, Mr Noble retires. Jonas is Mr Noble's son who has come home after working everywhere but at his family's business. He is named CEO and Holly is not happy about it.
