we bought this for explosive workouts. its great for in home gym and bodyweight workouts. i would not recommend jumping on it without it being against a wall, i feel like its not sturdy enough for that especially at the tallest height. also not for single leg time over tension workouts as it can be a bit shaky. we still get a versatile use out of it, would recommend. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought the used model and it came looking like new. Both my boys used daily and still looking good. Light weight easy to use especially when having to move around the garage. The only down side is it’s light and slips on a polish concrete floor but most boxes will. So much less awkward that a traditional wood box. Sturdy for all the jumping. Very forgiving to shins and body if you miss the jump and bite it. Easy to place anywhere for storage due to it's weight.
