I got this for Box Jumps so I don’t hurt myself. I like the box…..but it is lighter than I expected. So it moves sometimes during my workouts.

I like this a lot. My only jab at it, is it could be a little sturdier. If you put a weight plate on the opposite side your jumping on or using, its pretty stable though!

I've always wanted one. I'm so happy that I chose this one because initially I wanted the wood ones...but I kept thinking about, if I miss a step...I CANNOT scratch my legs or get hurt,ouch 😫. Light, low cost, works but wobbly. This does not have the stability of the solid wood boxes, but it works. You have to balance or "land" your jumps on to the box or it tips (side to side or over). We just have one person stabilize it. Pros: easy to move, versatile heights, practical Con: wobbly
