My seven yr old Vizsla is petrified of fireworks and thunderstorms. He gets so wound up that I’m always afraid he’ll hurt himself ..with the digging .. pacing and absolute terror he has. I just bought this and had just finished putting it together, when we had a bad thunderstorm. So I was able to try it out right away. And considering he hates being in a kennel and I don’t normally use one; I didn’t have a lot of faith that this one would contain him. Plus, he’s actually chewed through a kong wire kennel in about 5 mins during one storm. So I put on the noise reducing machine, put a blanket over the top of the kennel and put him inside. He dug around a little..whimpered a little..gave me stink eye..then finally laid down in it and went to sleep. I highly recommend it! Because if my Vizsla can’t escape-who can escape from almost anything..that’s big!

Easy to assemble, HEAVY duty, TOUGH, and overall great! The only problem is the slot for the tray. There is nothing stopping from being pushed out! Within 10 min of our dog being in there, she has already pushed the tray out.

3 days into using it with my 8 month old golden retriever, the floor gave out on one of the welds that supports the floor portion. Will update review if seller replaces broken piece. Aside from that, seems sturdy and matches item description

The instructions suck but that’s to come with everything you need to build. I think they could package the hardware better. It was all throughout the box I thought I lost some but ended up finding them. Overall so far seems like a solid crate. Update were a month in and I’m returning it due to the bottom of the crate being unsafe. My dog ripped his toe off of the skin I now have a vet bill and have to figure out how to return this stupid thing. Use caution. If your dog can have a bed in there I recommend it. My dog however can’t have beds or blankets he tears them up.

This kennel is amazing. I love how easy it is to put together. It has two latches which is great because she is great at escaping which is why I got this heavy duty one. For reference she is an 85 lb lab.
