Let me preface this review by saying: I have never put a photo up of myself in the clothes I purchased on Amazon before but I had to show this one off!! I use to be a Small before having kids. I never had to play the "Is it Cute or Is She Just a Size 2?" game. 60 lbs, 6 years, and 2 kids later, I am in uncharted territory. I am 5'5" and 170lbs. Normally in a Large or size 14 pants. Ordered the Large and it fit perfectly. I've tried the tankinis. I've tried the swim dresses. I've tried the swim skirts. They are just not flattering. They still show way too much of my lumps (not even curves at this point). Swimsuit shopping has become an absolute nightmare despite me enjoying swimming and the beach. My parents have a pool and my kids beg for me to go in it every time, but wearing a swimsuit was so stressful and made me so self-conscious. I took a chance on this swimsuit and can I just say, I absolutely LOVE it!! The shorts are actual shorts. No uncomfortable mesh lining. No 1" inseam nonsense that is basically just a bikini, they are actual good coverage shorts. The waist is high and stays put while you're walking around. The top bra part feels just as comfortable as a sports bra with a better amount of support compared to most other swim tops. I am a 38B and it fits great. The full zip top is very comfortable and looks great. It hasn't ridden up while walking around either. I love love love this swim set!! I absolutely love this swimsuit! For the price its awesome that you get a long sleeve cover as well Fits true to size and is very cute and comfortable. The coverage is great for both the top and bottoms and i never felt like either would fall off Also no wedgie which is really important

Great fit, not see through, rides a bit in the thighs but what shorts don’t, print quality of design is beautiful. I wore this to great Wolf Lodge with my family and it was the perfect bathing suit. I like that there is a sports bra style bathing suit underneath in case you want to take the rash guard off, but I was fine leaving mine on all day. ... show more

What a perfect fit! I love that the protective top can be fully zipped or unzipped when necessary... the top and the shorts are very flattering and modest compared to some bikinis out there. I love wearing shorts rather than a bikini bottom. I feel more confident. I used to be in top shape, but this past year I admit I gained some weight, so I had to choose a Large. But it fits so well! The top is almost perfect, and it provides good support underneath the swim shirt that protects my upper body from the sun's harmful rays. The bottom fits so well, but the top is a little big as in the straps are long for my short body. It passes, but ideally I would want the straps to be slightly shorter like some of the sports bras I wear. These tops seem to be built more for tall women. But again, it passes that I don't need to adjust it with a sewing machine, but almost! I got another swimsuit with built in swimsuit, but it did not come with a supportive top underneath the shirt like this. I like this option better! Great zipper! ... show more

Ordered a small. The bottoms fit great but the top is way too big around. I can’t even make the top work for me. The over shirt is really big as well. Almost think they put the wrong tag on them.
