I'm a female and I didn't buy this suspenders for everyday use, but for Tifa Lockhart Cosplay. Let me tell you they are absolutely wonderful! I'm 5' 8" and I love that these were adjustable. They clamped nicely onto my skirt and never came loose. Very worth the price for such great construction and perfect for the double up suspender style I was looking for. The only thing I might do is use some sort of paint on the hardware to make it silver like the buckles. For the cosplay look I wanted I cut some of the access leather that overlapped after I adjusted the suspenders to my desired tightness. Definitely not regretting this buy!     • I really like these.
It's well made and looks good. My only complaint is that the loops that hold the tips of the straps will slip down from gravity. I solved it with a couple of drops of super glue to hold it in place. This isn't a big enough issue to not give it five stars.

Leather ripped at the seam at the panel at the back soon after I started to wear them. If you want to waste your money - fast -- buy these. And, the company, when I informed them, won't do anything about it. What a waste!

We sent these back for the reason that they look a little bulky and the buckles are to obvious for his style. He likes more of a minimalist look. They would be good for a more Western ruff and tumble look.

I really like the suspenders, but after just a little over a month and a half the leather is cracking and separating. It appears that they are bonded leather and the leather is separating from the backing. I expected them to last significantly longer.
