I really don't understand what people are complaining about. The directions were pretty straightforward. It does take time and patience. Purchased for my son’s Dorm room. Overall, exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this product. Great value.

Very sturdy cabinet! Easy to follow instruction, all the holes line up! And they supplied extra screws which was very nice just in case. Tools are included as well. It didn’t take long to assemble, maybe an hour. It rolls very nicely even has a fifth wheel to support the bottom drawer. Both drawers lock, separate set of keys (total of 4 keys) are provided. Wood tone and black color variation was not as dramatic as shown, I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but I do. It fits well with other furniture.

Great little cart that keeps my active files handy and able to move them around to wherever I want to work. The small drawer keeps all the other supplies I need handy too and the open space leaves a place for books or mail that needs to be sorted. Having built in power plugs means I can easily work anywhere without having to worry much about access to electric outlets. The locks are a great feature since I do have people occasionally coming in my house when I’m not home- I can make sure no one can casually peruse my private papers. I was very happy with the quality of materials! I liked that this cabinet was solid material, not fabric. It’s nice and solid overall and doesn’t look cheap. It fits in with my other office furniture very well! Assembly was pretty straightforward-took a little over an hour. All the parts were included (some even had a spare) and went together easily. The only negative would be that the power cord interferes with the drawer closing all the way without pushing on it. I’m hoping that the cord will soften up and get shaped with use so that the drawer doesn’t hit it. Overall, I’d rate it a 6 out of 10 for assembly skills required- a bit more involved than Swedish box furniture but still reasonably easy.

I wanted to write a review primarily because of so many reviews on this product discussing assembly. I put this together myself (female, if it matters) in about 2 hours, taking my time. If you pay attention to the images/orientation of things/holes, it really is pretty simple. Yes there are a lot of pieces, but the instructions and pieces are all labeled well to prevent confusion. I am very happy with how it turned out - my drawers all close flush with the sides and it looks great. It seems sturdy and will get the job done in my home office to help organize things a bit for me. Don’t let the reviews about long & difficult assembly scare you! Just pay attention with each step - all the holes should fit up perfectly. If they don’t, take a step back and evaluate because you likely have something oriented incorrectly.

This is a great printer stand. There is a place for paper storage, a drawer for more paper or ink cartridges or documentation. Then there is a file drawer. The wood look is quite nice and if you’re mechanically inclined- have fun putting it together. Once together you have a nice piece of furniture for your home office. The difficulty is the instructions for construction. They are printed microscopically in 8 languages- so no matter what language you need- it’s all nigh on impossible to read. So basically- looking at the diagrams and going by “sense of smell” you will eventually get it together- after a couple of hours. I still don’t know if I got the wheels on correctly. But the nice thing is it’s got a third wheel in the front to keep the cabinet from tipping over. It is difficult to get into the back of the file drawer to get to files in the back. The price however, was inexpensive and reasonable for what is a decent bit of solid furniture. So- I can forgive its shortcomings.

I would not accept this if it was free. Threw mine in the dumpster. I buy from Amazon weekly and have for years. Never a problem assembling all the items I have purchased. This thing was an intolerable frustrating abomination. Ended up breaking so I tossed it, wasn’t worth another minute of my time.
