    • Repackaged not new!
The shoes were correct but I am very disappointed to have to pay full retail price for a returned and repackaged pair of Hoka shoes. This was not the published condition of the shoes. They were listed as new which should have been in the original packaging.

I needed a high cushion, very stable trail shoe, and thought I had found it. The shoes felt great with lots of cushion, but also great heel stability (which is hard to find). A lace eyelet tore out the third time I was hiking with this shoe. I reported the defect and followed Hoka’s warranty procedure. Their customer service has been terrible, and they are now asking me to send the shoes back to them at my expense and wait while they determine whether they agree the shoe is defective, then order a new pair online with a credit they will give to me. I’ve interacted with their customer service four times on this so far and I’ve given up on having them replacing the defective shoe. Don’t buy, Hoka makes defective product and will not back them up. ... show more
