Damaged shelves chipped paint which looks a bit bad when it’s fully constructed. Watch the area when you hammer nails screw from the back because if you miss or misplace it then you’ll damaged the interior shelves where the hanger area is located at. Not the proper color back as shown on the website or Amazon. Mine was beige for some reason which isn’t a big issue since that backside is facing a wall & you will only see it if the drawers are out. The directions having no color & leaves some portions out, so you have to pay close attention to the positions, holes, & areas of certain pieces to get things correct. I was missing a screw, but called tech support & they sent a bunch of the ones I said was missing & others. They kinda ignored the fact about the chipped exterior piece however, so not sure if they would send you a replacement panel or was it a too big of a hassle? I didn’t press it since I wanted to get started since the entire dresser was taking up my entire apartment. It is decent & all the parts are a bit intimidating to do by yourself, but once you get into it, you’ll start flying through it. Had it for a few months, so I’ll update once I have it longer.

Price is great but you get what you pay for. Design is great except for the one flaw in the hanging section. They made the middle shelf a screwed-in shelf which renders the hanging part useless (unless you have really short items). The packaging seems like it deteriorated because foam pieces were everywhere and there were a ton of scuff marks on the outsides of the dresser. A couple pieces were broken (handles are plastic) and there’s no extras in the packaging so you’re SOL. The instructions are hard to follow because the hardware packages are not labeled. Overall it seems to be a decent dresser for what you’re paying. I just think a little more care in the packaging and the instructions would make all the difference in this product.

Where should I start I know the reviews on here aren’t lying... this came In two separate boxes nothing was preassembled.. which I knew.. but what I didn’t know is that half of the holes for the screws would not be predrilled. Every place a screw number 3 needed to go there was no hole.. there were no holes to put on the rod on any of the drawers.. when I was finished with it some of the drawers were crooked so I had to eyeball it again and rescrew the door is still slightly crooked.. the handles that come with this unit are gross they are light hollow plastic so I bought the blinged out rhinestone handles on here (amazon) to replace them but please note that the smallest screws that come with the handles are slightly to big and the ones for this unit for the handles it comes with are too big but using one screw from each for some reason made the handles tight and not loose also if you just use the handles it comes with the screws were to big and left the regular handles loose too.. the unit is not sturdy you move it and it wobbles back and forth so you must be careful when moving otherwise it will break from where the screws are. I advise do not use a drill it was piecing apart from me just using a screwdriver to put the screws in where there were no holes it can be done with just a screw driver it will get ruined if you use a drill.. I almost threw it out the second day of me putting together but decided to stick it out I would do some and then stop so it took me three days to complete it’s annoying as hell and there are many screws and many pieces.. if your handy you should be fine if your not it’s a nightmare with that being said it’s a spacious piece and once in a perm area should be fine to use

Lots of storage space. I love the amount of drawers and the side for hanging clothes. I wish the drawers were a little deeper though. It takes two people to put it together. Make sure you have plenty of time and space to assemble. I also wish the hardware was marked better because there are so many different little screws. you have to go back-and-forth in the manual. Might be a good idea to mark each section with a sharpie before you start. The quality is not bad. A lot better than an IKEA. Dresser i used to have.

So lets start this review. For those of you in a rush, here are the Cliff Notes... Its compressed wood with a fake wood cover, if you accept that then this is a big, sturdy piece that will take a knowledgeable Ikea craftsman at least 3hrs to assemble. For those of you that want the full review, here you go. It will take you at least 3hrs to put this beast together. If you actually do a good job, make it 4hrs. You will need 2 people at some point to make it easier, but you can do it by yourself (that sounded dirty). The finish is thin and will be damaged easily. Mine came with battle wounds from shipping but they were easily filled and colored in with a furniture marker to make them "less visible". It has plenty of room, the locks are cute but pointless (other than to make a point). Its heavy and when assembled correctly, it appears very sturdy. If you are wanting something fancy that will last through a couple of moves or hand-me-downs then you need to accept reality and get solid wood furniture. The instructions are clear, there is nothing confusing if you actually take the time and match up the parts. I do suggest wood glue, a good Pandora station and your favorite adult beverage in order to build this piece. In terms of what I paid, this should have been a $200 dresser max. There is nothing here that supports its price so that was a downside. The manufacture also does NOT provide enough exterior protection or packing to ensure the outside panels are secure. I guess it did not occur to them it might be a bad idea to have the top and the side facing out towards the box. Its heavy and comes in 2 boxes, both boxes were damaged during the transit period and show marks from being moved around. Buyer beware and good luck.
