UPDATE: I was contacted very quickly and offered a small refund. I asked for slightly more of a refund and they quickly issued that amount. I really appreciate them contacting me and following thru with a partial refund. I also wanted to add that I chose this bed due to the height. Plenty of storage is available under the bed! I actually like the bed frame but this spindle is damaged. Too bad quality control didn’t catch this. I’m not sure how to go about getting a replacement part or a discount due to the damage. ... show more

Fairly easy to assemble with cordless wrench. Just follow directions and don’t get in a hurry. Good looking and very reasonable priced. I’m 250lbs and very sturdy.
