  • So easy a baby could do it!
Color: Rustic White Size: 30-40 Gallon
I bought this stand expecting “assembly required” to mean mild chaos and at least one existential crisis, but surprisingly, it was the exact opposite. The instructions were so simple they felt like they were written by someone who actually likes people. No cryptic diagrams, no missing steps, no “figure it out, champ” energy. I had it together in no time, with zero leftover screws to haunt me. The top panel has a satisfying weight to it, like it means business. Not flimsy, not pretending, just solid enough to make you trust it with your stuff (and maybe your life choices). And for a composite material? Honestly impressive. It looks good, feels sturdy, and doesn’t scream “I was made in a factory five minutes ago.” More like “I’m practical, dependable, and low-key stylish.” One thing I wish they would have down was add a fastener to connect the middle upright to horizontal cross panel. Overall: easy to assemble, surprisingly solid, and way better quality than I expected. 10/10, would confidently place things on it again. ... show more

  • Its beautiful, sturdy and holds our 55 gallon Reef Tank
Color: Grey Size: 55-75 Gallon
This aquarium stand is amazing and we love the color. The barn doors are the the cutest thing ever. It works great for our 55 gallon reef tank (completely full of salt water) we have just started to setup. It holds the weight very well. I will say it wasnt fun putting it together. It definately took two of us to do just that. And as we were putting it together we were skeptical of whether it would hold our tank or not. But in the end after fully assembled it was very sturdy. Im not sure why there were some negative reviews to its sturdyness because this stand is a tank and a gorgeous one at that! ... show more

  • Happy with this purchase
Color: Grey Size: 55-75 Gallon
We haven't put the 55 gallon aquarium on it yet, just got it put together today. Certainly seems sturdy enough to hold it. Really happy with the appearance. It took a little while to put together but directions were clear and easy to follow. I made the mistake of tightening the locking clamps for the upright sections before I was supposed to which made the backing a little harder to slide into the slots but they fit fine. A couple of suggestions. DO NOT use a screwdriver bit with a drill or powered screwdriver or overtighten the screws or the posts. I think that's why people are busting the panels and stripping them out. I used a regular Phillips and everything went together well. Once the screws and post are snug, STOP. Also, when assembling the upright sections they are very flimsy until attached to the bottom section so a second pair of hands would've been useful but was very careful and had no issues. Only issue I had was the left door kept rolling open on its own, a little tweaking with the rollers to allow the door to ride the bottom slide slightly more solved that problem. Overall, went together well, sturdy, like the appearance, really happy with this item. ... show more

  • Cheap twist lock assembly without screws. Very unsturdy and had to modify.
Color: Rustic White Size: 30-40 Gallon
Aquarium stand looks nice but that's it. The entire stand is put together with twist lock fasteners and not screws. They do use some cheap wooden dowel pins but they are not tight fitting. Once assembled the stand would sway from side to side and I had to stabilize it by cutting plywood to attach to the back with screws to make the stand sturdy enough to use. I would not have bought it if I had known it was assembled without screws the twist lock design is cheap and will never work correctly or last. ... show more

  • Looks good but might need some shoring up.
Color: White Size: 55-75 Gallon
Sturdiness: I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt strongly about this one. A little background, I've built furniture and cabinets as a hobby for most of my life. I’m of the school that you build something to last and build it so you don’t have to think or worry about it anymore. I liked the way the stand looked on Amazon and purchased it for my new aquarium. Once I put it together though, I didn’t feel confident in its stability for the size of aquarium that I’m going to set on it. I was able to assemble it no problem, but I’m most likely way more knowledgeable than most folks who might be putting this thing together. I’ve built cabinetry from scratch and I’ve been assembling kits like this for over 30 years. I’m not the person you want to ask, “can anybody do this?” That being said, once I put it together, I realized that the slide in cardboard panels that come with the unit are not sufficient to support lateral stability. If I got on the end of the aquarium stand and pushed, I had probably a half-inch to an inch of racking that occurred. Probably not that big a deal for a 40 gallon aquarium or less. However, I think if you park a 75 gallon aquarium on top of the stand, you’re going to want to shore it up a bit. I don’t trust particleboard racking resistance with that much weight, so I installed 1x2 jacks on the structural vertical panels to stiffen them up. For the racking, I added an additional Luan panel diaphragm screwed into the back ends of those structural vertical panels to stop the racking (see pictures.) I now feel confident that I could put a sizable aquarium on this and be reasonably sure if someone or something banged into it (like a teenager...). It wouldn’t rack, twist, and collapse underneath the weight. Granted the 1x2 jacks might be overkill, but the Luan diaphragm is not. I'd rather be certain with 75 gallons of water in my family room. Please note, I still recommend a stand. t’s beautiful and it looks great. Just add some structural stability for larger aquariums. ... show more

  • Strength of top to support 2 fish tops. And the beautiful design.
Color: White Size: 55-75 Gallon
It is so perfect. It easily supports two 20 gallon fish tanks. Lots of room underneath for hiding pumps, filters, accessories; lots of holes in the back to allow pumps and bubblers to be plugged in inside and out of sight. I found the perfect size bins on Amazon to fit beautifully. I love the sliding rail doors, eliminating limited access to shelves. The plugs and USB ports on the outside are extremely useful and easy to get at. The Formica top doesn’t show drips and won’t stain. ... show more

  • Broken parts rcvd.
Color: Black Size: 75-120 Gallon
It’s definitely not worthy of holding a 75 gallon fish tank and another one on the bottom. It’s All wood & sometimes water splashes. There are some thick pieces of wood, but for the price I would want it to last years & that’s not going to happen with this product. I just got it in the house and opened the box to chipped boards. I’m not pleased.i want QUALITY. A STURDY, FIRM PRODUCT. Returning it. ... show more
