Okay so these are okay. I’m not sure if this is normal but I could not snap the T-Tap Wire Connector shut with my fingers. I had to use pliers. Then while using pliers, I barely used any force and crunched the connector and had to back off her pressure and do it again in order to get the connector to snap shut and not come open. After that, it was good. The wire I used was within the 14-16 gauge range but that connector edge isn’t too sharp and so I think I had to use pliers in order to pierce the rubber coating of the wire to make a connection and close the connector. A little more caution and being careful when using these connectors. However they do work well. I used a few at work and they worked just fine. The good – unlike some others I’ve had, the plastic body is not brittle and should hold up well after being crimped. The questionable – the metal of the tab and the crimp body doesn’t seem as heavy as others I’ve had. At the end of the day, they’ll probably work just fine for my application.

I was impressed with how good these were. Grabbed a few female ends and stuck them together to see grip and how they fit together, and I had no problems. Will come in handy all the time since having crimp connections like this is a must hand for any automation guy or electrician who works in a manufacturing environment. I'm pleased, and it's nice having a large container of them, since usually the kits that come with 20 aren't big enough and I end up carrying a bunch of other connectors I don't need at that time. If I'm doing terminations in a box, usually I'm doing the same termination 30+ times, so this is a small convenience to me. ... show more

Not a lot to say about crimp connectors. But these seem to fit the bill if you need some. They crimp fairly easily and appear to hold as well as others I've used. The nylon coating didn't crack or split when crimping. If you need insulated male spade connectors for this size wire, you can't go wrong with these. ... show more

Great price for 150 taps. You place these around the supply wire and pinch it shut, you now have a new connection without having to cut, strip or splice the feed wire. These work with standard spade connectors. Just crimp a spade connector on the new wire and insert it in the end of this tap. Very easy and makes a good electrical connection. ... show more

Not much to say on this one -- these are standard male spade connectors. The plastic seems flexible enough for regular use -- I don't think it is going to become brittle over time.
