This works great. 1st timer and I got 4 perfect tumblers right out of the box. One thing to mention is if you get this make sure the latch hook is screwed up to about 1/2 way and then do your trial fitting on your project. Mine was unscrewed all the way open and it was hard to tighten a 20 oz tumbler. This took me a while to figure out. Otherwise worked like a charm. There are some great videos to show you open box to finished tumbler also.

Feels a good sturdy weight and was easy to use press. Heats up pretty quick. I am waiting for my tumblers to come in to start using this but has all the instructions for a beginner to use. The lids closes smoothly and all the heating elements work well. Looking forward to creating designs. It doesn't take up too much space on my counter and is not too heavy to move around. All components are well made and feel sturdy.
