Pillows are not real firm, they are soft, just not a lot of filling. The packaging on these pillow inserts is crazy, be careful to not cut into box or packaging too deep, will damage/slice the pillow.

While the description says 12x20. It didn't quite fill my pillow cases. I’d give it a 4.7/5. Fluffy and easy to put in but could have just slightly more filling to fill the pillow case out completely.

Thought the pillows looked small. Label says 20 x 20 but they're 19 inches without fill in the corners. My pillow covers are 18 x 18 so it's best to order 2" larger to get that full look. Disappointed but company is coming so I'll be using them for the bed - if it was for a sofa I definitely would have returned them. The only upside is the quality of the fabric cover is good and there was no toxic smell to them. ... show more
