I bought my tv in Jan.2023 and in early November my tv started acting up. Lines up and down the picture where you could barely make out what was going on. We had our cable man come and check our cable and give us a new cable box. We thought no way it could be the tv. It not even a year old yet. We found out it is the tv. Amazon would not let us trade it for another, they said it was past the 90 days I would have to contact the manufacturer. What happened to customer service? I just wanted to trade that defective tv I bought from them through no fault of my own that won't even be a year old till Jan For another tv. They would not help me at all Now I am stuck with a tv that does not work, that is practically brand new. So sad,A big company like that just didn't care. ... show more

After a lot of fiddling I do have a nice picture but the sound is soooo bad. We have a 56" Hisense that is wonderful in all aspects so I just the 32" would be of the same quality. The sound!!! SO BAD.

The TV works, but when you enter commands on the remote there is massive delay in the TVs response. I'm talking 5-10 seconds at times. I'm constantly left wondering if the TV froze. To be fair, it has never frozen and it works, it's just slow. It's a second tv in our house (for football), so it works perfectly for that, but if you want this TV as your main TV, you might be frustrated. ... show more

I am disappointed in my recent purchase of this Hisense A4 Series 32-Inch FHD 1080p Smart Android TV. The audio is rather "tinny" and the home screen is filled with items I cannot delete.
