    • No Response from HiSense Tech Support for a bricked TV after Update. DO NOT BUY.
Edit: A year and a half after purchasing the TV a HiSense pushed update bricked the TV. It's stuck in a reboot cycle. After trying to contact HiSense support through their recommended channels for 2 weeks now, they have not responded. I'm disappointed. I will not buy another HiSense TV. Original: I bought this as I have a much larger Hisense TV in my house that I absolutely love. The picture quality is great, but the OS and apps are super slow. Changing apps is painful. YouTube TV works, but changing channels is slow. Seeing previews is slow. Etc. I bought it for a relative that doesn't mind, but I would not buy another of this model. The sound isn't great either. It's not awful, but middle of the road. All of that being said, the build quality is excellent. ... show more

    • Sound is tinny
After a lot of fiddling I do have a nice picture but the sound is soooo bad. We have a 56" Hisense that is wonderful in all aspects so I just the 32" would be of the same quality. The sound!!! SO BAD.

Lags from times to times with the remote has trouble turning on, good size for student’s room has trouble connecting to the WiFi pretty mid product after me but the picture quality definitely does the trick

    • My TV did not last even a year
I bought my tv in Jan.2023 and in early November my tv started acting up. Lines up and down the picture where you could barely make out what was going on. We had our cable man come and check our cable and give us a new cable box. We thought no way it could be the tv. It not even a year old yet. We found out it is the tv. Amazon would not let us trade it for another, they said it was past the 90 days I would have to contact the manufacturer. What happened to customer service? I just wanted to trade that defective tv I bought from them through no fault of my own that won't even be a year old till Jan For another tv. They would not help me at all Now I am stuck with a tv that does not work, that is practically brand new. So sad,A big company like that just didn't care. ... show more
