Have a pen for our chickens that uses tarps for a roof. Ones that came with it lasted several months and wind finally started to rear them. So bought one of these to try first. Lasted through some good storms and held up. So bought a few more. Damn nicely made tarps. Really hold up well.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this tarp and although it is rather absurd to answer questions regarding its durability, weatherproofing, and water resistance three days after receiving it, I gave it 5 stars on all three because it appears that this will be the case. I live in a third floor apartment with no good place to store my bicycle or hide the charging apparatus for my EV. This fit the bill, hiding the bike and charging apparatus while protecting everything. I simply hung it on large head nails from the sturdy loops. Perfect. Worth the price. ... show more

    • Not Really Heavy Duty, Single Layer Tarp

For the price this tarp isn't very heavy duty. It's just a single layer tarp. It looks better than a blue or silver tarp, but otherwise not much different. The loops sewn into the tarp we're a feature I wanted to have, so we gave this tarp a try. If you put any weight on the tarp and try to drag it a short distance (unloading a trailer) the loops quickly break and tear. The reinforced stitching only extends about 1" into the tarp. Not nearly the heavy duty solution we were looking for when hauling brush. I think it would work ok to cover a load, or a pile of firewood. But there are cheaper options for that. ... show more

This worked out great for a long trip on my uncovered livestock trailer. Kept the rain out and the animals dry. It could use a few more anchoring points, which cause some tearing not having them. Overall it worked out great. If I bought another one I would install some additional anchoring points.
