Added about 1 inch on each hip. I like the way it enhances my outfit. Doesn't show through clothes at all. Made a slight difference, but not too much that it looks fake. Very natural, comfortable. Doesn't alter your body dramatically. Good compression in the shorts. I'm 5'4. 215lbs. 47inch hip measurement. At first I got XXL and it was a little big, the XXL also has a thicker pad which made it a little more noticeable. The XL fit me perfect, the thighs squeeze a little, but I have toned legs. If you have thicker thighs, the XXL is better.

Listen!!!!! Get it. That’s all you need to know is GET IT!!! this helped keep me snatched (6months postpartum) annnnd gave my body the absolute perfect shape! You cannot see it under your clothing. I wore this under a body tight, mesh dress with some boy shorts over it (was debating about even wearing those lmao but the crack would be out). Ladies! This was just everything. It reminded me of who I can be everyday until I work my body out to be where I desire it to be. Sizing wise, I’m about 220, 5’3” and the XL fit perfect! When you use the restroom it may take you a minute to readjust everything but it’s not hard. The shaper has little slits in the fabric on the inside of the shapewear that allow you to finesse the padding back to how it was. Absolutely will be buying more!

just an awful product in general. don’t get me wrong, it does cover my obvious hip dips but does it in a way that looks so exaggerated and just silly in general. if u want the OBVIOUS bbl look then this is for you !!! but if u want a more natural look that just covers your hips dips then i don’t recommend at all. i was fr expecting this to look like the hip pads kpop idols use bc at least those look more natural. anyways, i regret buying this and just gave it to my mom. she doesn’t use it either but who knows?

I first ordered this beginning of last year and it was perfect. Fit great, the pads slid in easy. Made my hip dips dissappear as well as gave me a great shape! It lasted a while, But as most things do, they wear out. The waste band got stretched out so I got another one. Now I'm not sure what they did, now everything is smaller. Especially the pads! They are thinner and super cheap feeling, i know they wont last the pads are so thin it doesnt hide my hip dips nearly as well as it used to. The garment is smaller too, I tried to use my old pads (since it was the the stretched out waste band I didn't like) and they definitely don't fit. Which is disappointing. Over all cheaper made for sure. Go back to what you had before!

See my before and after. Its some hips now up in here! I'm a little scared to wear it to work. I'm afraid the change is too noticeable. I'm not gone lie, I probably would lie if some ignorant person asked me where I got hips from and tell them I had a procedure or something...aint none of their business anyway! The hips look good tho. It makes clothes look good. No added booty, which I didn't want anyway. I just need some help in my hips. I'm definitely wearing on the weekends though. The only issue is that you can see on the last pic an invention that shoes I'm wear some type of undergarment under my jeans...I took off one star. I ordered a medium. I weigh 165. The pads are a little large in person.

Great to cover hip dips with a natural look

I am so happy with this product. I wanted something that would just smooth out the look of my hip dips in a form-fitting bridesmaid dress (because as we hip-dippers know, we get a muffin top effect). This was the most natural-looking of the ones I bought, and it is also the most comfortable (the breathable fabric won’t get as hot). If you’re like me, it’s a great pick. If you want real enhancement, try something else. (5’5”, 145, 39” hips)

Yes these fill in your hip dips but the pads are really noticeable if you wear something tight and or light… If you sit down the shape wear will come up and it makes the pads give you incredibly fake looking hips. Also no matter how much you pull them down it will always come up and i wouldn’t recommend wearing this with jeans

I bought multiple hip shapers and this one was the perfect balance of comfort & execution of the goal. Others were either not giving any tummy control, sat at a weird spot on the stomach, or were too va va boom where it no longer looked natural and actually made me look heavier than I am vs. further flattering the curves (and lumps and bumps) I already have. I actually combined this with a butt lifter/enhancer and my figure was all MOVE OVER KIM K. Works well with pants, skirts & dresses. Highly recommend.
