5 stars so far! Came in packaged and in perfect shape. It really is beautiful. I had to replace my older salt lamp which I had had for 8 years because it got knocked over and busted on my concrete floor. But I loved it and wanted to replace if. I got a medium size and I am so happy! I can’t imagine how heavy and large a large size would be! The dimmer works very well and I love how on its brightest it is still warm, no see-through spots. It feels sturdy enough, but I will put it in a safe place! The only thing is it says to sign up for a warranty but the website is down. Wondering where I can find to register my lamp for the 12 month warranty? ... show more

Beautiful Himalayan salt lamp, it’s huge and a bit heavy, but extremely fantastic quality! Doesn’t get too warm, but I’d still keep it away a distance from any other things when on. Dimmer switch is wonderful for night use! Only one color, replaceable lightbulb. Very durable! I highly recommend!

There is a reason why this lamp has so many great reviews, it’s absolutely beautiful! I’ve owned many salt lamps in my time (I move countries a lot) and this one is the best of the best. The colour is a beautiful deep red which casts the cosiest warm light in the room. Mine is 11 inches tall. I paid the $30 shipping fee to get it to Colombia and it was 100% worth it. Not giving a 5 star because there was supposed to be a bulb included, but I couldn't find it. Otherwise, lamp is exactly what I'd wanted. It adds a warm glow to a dark corner in my kitchen. I like the dimmer option.

Update: Since posting my original review, the company sent me a new lamp free of charge (and allowed me to keep the original)! I've posted a new photo of both lamps together. The new lamp is larger and a much deeper pink than the first with very pretty striations through the stone. It also arrived with the bulb intact. The dimmer switch is a little different style than the first (although the embossed writing on the back is the same). I was very impressed with the company's correspondence and willingness to make the customer happy. I felt they went above and beyond what most companies would do. Also, which I neglected to mention in my original review, the lamp does come with a replacement bulb. Original post: I received mine and the bulb was broken. At least it came wrapped in plastic and I plugged it in before unwrapping it to make sure it worked. Since it didn't light up, I suspected the bulb and I was able to contain the shards some while I removed the plastic. The plug into the wall has a UL listing on it but the actual on-off/dimmer switch does not which is somewhat disappointing and concerning. The lamp itself is just over 10 inches tall including the base. It's not as dark amber as I was hoping for but it's still pretty. The photo I posted is at the brightest setting. ... show more
