Like many women, i HATE bathing suit season but love being by the water. I gave birth to my son a year ago and have been DREADING shopping for new swimwear, especially after being through the pandemic and putting a few extra pounds on!! I found this swimsuit while looking for tankinis, and was in love with how unique and chic it looked on everyone in the reviews. Ladies, JUST BUY IT ALREADY! You could pay $150 for a comparable one at Nordstrom, or spend $30 and have more money to spend on accessories!!! It is sooooo flattering on my new mom-bod. This highlights all the right places and disguises the bad ones! The thought of a sheer middle made me uneasy BUT it actually creates a pretty awesome optical illusion and makes your waist look smaller! The material is super thick and soft. For reference, I am short and curvy: 5’0”, 155lbs, 36D and got the black in 10-12. Fits like a glove and the straps aren’t too big or loose. Also has great butt coverage and leg openings. Paired with a flowy kimono (also got the one i’m wearing on amazon) it’s my new go-to outfit for hanging out by the water with my toddler!! It washes great if done on a cool/gentle setting, then hung dry. Because of the mesh pieces I want to be careful not to warp them in the dryer. My only issue is that the criss-cross on top is pretty big and makes a funny tan line! You can lower the straps and push them off your shoulders for a sleeveless suit. Hope this helps! 😉

I have purchased (and returned) several very expensive suits on expensive websites, suits that cost well over $100 and were just unacceptable. Poor fit, not flattering. This bathing suit is truly the best I've ever owned. I have now bought 3. The price is ridiculously low for what you get. But the important part is how flattering the suit is. I have a long torso and it fits. I am older and don't want a high cut leg, but don't want to look like an old lady either. The leg is the perfect cut - kind of moderate. Suit is extremely comfortable and easy to put on, and doesn't have that extra "hold you in" stuff that makes you feel like you're wearing a girdle. The design of the straps is really flattering - that's really the best part. The quality is quite good, and for approximately $30 it's a steal. This bathing suit will not go out of style so I might buy even more.

There seems to be a sizing issue with these suits. I'm generally a sm/med; 6/8 across all brands. I ordered the 8/10 (print) and 10/12 (solid) to insure a proper fit. The 8/10 was rather snug. Not unbearable just tight. The 10/12 gave me more "breathing room" which I liked but was gappy in some areas (back, underarm). A suit that fits loose dry will only get looser once it gets wet. For that I will more than likely return the 10/12. Overall it's a nice suit. Not much support in the bust area. If you are busty needing support, this is not it Good coverage for the booty, not cheeky. The suit is designed to fit. There are no adjusting features. The mesh inset reminds me of pantyhose/stocking material so could possibly snag. Back seam is kinda odd. Very noticeable on solid light colors. I will probably try other colors to see if it fits the same. I have purchased jeans in the same size, same brand, at the same time in different colors and 1 fits tighter/looser than the other. Go figure.

This suit is very flattering, creating a slimming look with the horizontal stripes in the mid-section. I have large breasts and an apple shape, so any slimming effects are appreciated. I was concerned the straps would not be up to the challenge of supporting my large bust, but they did! That said, the suit quality matches the price point and is good for lounging poolside/beach side with some easygoing dipping in the pool. Anything more active and I do feel it will tear, pull down on top, etc. Also, I wore it four days and that was all it could take. It stretched out in general and so I tossed it after that fourth wear, which was questionable as to whether it would make it through that day. Overall, the suit is cute, flattering, and perfect for easygoing beach vacations. For my next beach trip, I will probably buy another one and toss again at the end of the trip. This is not a suit that should be purchased for longevity.
