I bought this chair for a makeshift vanity, and it is just the right fit for my 11-yo granddaughter's space, although it is appropriate in sizing for an adult (maybe not the big big girls like me lol). It was easy to put together; only required one person. I am reluctant to sit in it, because I exceed the weight bearing limit (250 lbs. it is, I think). That's why I gave the sturdiness and comfort 4 stars, because I have not have the privilege to sit in it. However, it looks comfy, looks sturdy, and for the price I paid (in comparison to where I found it elsewhere), I don't think I could have beat it. I would have liked the cushion to be a deeper color, but I believe this color is neutral enough to fare well in practically any setting or color theme. Purchased this as I have a vanity in our bathroom that needed a chair of some kind. Most others are too low for me, so this one is nice and high and much more comfortable for me to sit on. Very pleased with this vanity chair and it was easy for my husband to put together, too.

I dithered for awhile because the price was a tad but high at the time, but I'm so glad I broke down and purchased it. It's the exact perfect height I needed for my vanity, the colors match it exceptionally, I adore the celtic-inspired design on the back and it's extremely stable and well made. My butt doesn't even get sore when I sit for several hours, which is super important to me because I currently swap it between my vanity and my desk, and might have to sit for hours. The legs are at such an angle that you're not getting tangled up in them either, which is a massive win imo. Overall, I'm just super stoked I chose to buy this chair! Oh and the fabric is soft and a very pretty grey color that offsets the gunmetal grey of the rest of the chair. ... show more

Easy to assemble, very comfortable to sit on, sturdy and easy to move. I searched and searched for a stool for my vanity and this one had great reviews and wasn't very expensive, though I see now that there's a deal on it and it's $20 less than what I paid :( , but still a great price when you look at how much others cost and the reviews aren't as good. I thank the previous reviewers for helping me decide to buy this stool. Looks great in my black and white bathroom. If I had to change one thing it would be the color of the seat material. It would have been better for my décor, if the gray seat material was a little lighter but I still love it. ... show more

The seat arrived with the fabric damaged by an errant bit of tape used for packaging, but this was replaced within a couple of days by the seller. Assembly went well...especially being mindful of other buyers' suggestions. We saw no manufacturing flaws or failings, you only have to carefully screw things together and THEN tighten the screws...that was from another buyer review and followed to the letter we had no mishaps in assembling the chair.
