The bed itself is beautiful. Just as described and seen in picture. The shipping company that was used held it hostage for almost 2 months. There is no way to communicate with them. There’s a number provided by Amazon but no one answer it or returns your call. The delivery people just showed up one day and dropped it off. That entire ordeal was a nightmare so much so I requested Amazon never use them to deliver anything I ordered again. After checking them out on the bbb it seems that shipping company has been keeping people items for a while now. Hopefully Amazon starts holding them responsible. ... show more

I love the color and how sturdy the bed is. The trundle is easy to push in and pull out. This is a very classy looking set, and my family members who are of some weight got a good night’s sleep in it and felt supported.

    • Box should say “FRAGILE”
When I received both boxes they looked like they been thrown around. Both had holes in the boxes and the back of the bed frame was bent. And top corner had a big black mark from where it seems like they dragged it. Not satisfied

Easy to put together 30-40 minutes with trundle. Looks great for the office/spare bedroom. Twin XL for the top is a must and a regular twin for the trundle is perfect. I’m happy with the purchase.
