First off- great price and great product. It takes about ~1 min to really start steaming and really gets the wrinkles out, although it may take a few passes of steam (I've used industrial steamers that are stronger, but this works just fine for a household). It doesn't spit as much water out the steam nozzle as some other steamers that I've used have, which may be because of the little brushes on the steamer head. I love this little steamer. It's very easy to use and gets the job done. The only reason I give it 4 stars versus five is just a personal annoyance with the cord. I wish it was retractable. When I go to store this away after using it, the long cord is a bit annoying. However, I wouldn't want the cord any shorter, just would be nice if it was retractable. ... show more

The cord is not short so I gifted this one and bought the jiffy unit with a standing hanger— pay more for the metal versus plastic canister for water. The steam is subtle on the small handheld. It also goes through water very fast.

Why was I this many years old before I realized I needed a steamer like this!? You have to refill it frequently, but it worked like a charm! I didn’t have to get out an ironing board. Heats up really fast and I’m really happy with it.

I have an adult with neurodiverse needs. Using a regular iron has been a challenge so someone suggested that we try a steam iron. Wow! All I can say is Amazing!!! Once she got the hang of it, there was no stopping her. Very easy to use and works very well too.

It's a good steamer, taked a little getting used to, but overall a good purchase. I do have to run over one area a few times to get the wrinkles out but overall I'm happy.
