I got this bike for my soon-to-be 7 year old boy. He loves green and liked how this bike looked online. I was able to assemble the bike after I fixed the brake line. The handle bar breaks are hard for my son to use. At the lowest seat setting, my son is on his tippy toes. He does well on smaller bikes but needs more practice on this one. Overall, it’s a good bike and I like that it has pegs. No kick stand though. 4/5 stars. ... show more

Where to start. Needed special tools not included to assemble. The chain physically snapped not linkage snapped bent. My son went over the handle bars and was severely injured. Scared for life. Hiland did refund $ but that doesn't fix the situation. He was severely injured and still has to go to physical therapy. Scars on his back & face. HD to submit pics of the broken chain damages sustained from the accident & of my sons injuries. No effort to reach out to see if he was ok. Please be careful ive never seen anything like it in regards to the damaged chain. ... show more

I received the bike with missing parts the company reacted to my request quickly and sent me my missing parts. Great customer service. This is a great bike my son really likes it. It’s sturdy pretty easy to put together, great value for the money. I would recommend this bike.
