Had a little problem with the back wheel coming off needs improvement to keep wheels on but everything else seems fine after I put wheels back on several times, lock washer keeps coming off!

I rarely leave a bad review on an item. I’m not sure I ever have. I’d give this zero stars if I could. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our grandson. My husband spent all night putting it together. He’s usually pretty good at this stuff. It never did run. I’ve had Mon son and son-in-law look at it. They can’t figure out why it won’t run either. Requested a refund from the seller. All we got was a bunch of emails telling us all of this stuff to try. None of it has worked. It just doesn’t work. Now we just have a jeep that won’t run sitting in our house. I’m upset that we spent so much money on it and will literally just have to throw it away. ... show more

Great gift for my grandson at Christmas. It made his little face light up. The smile said it all. I love the safety feature, if it gets too far from the remote it stops. My son loved it too because he can drive it like a RC vehicle.

The kit arrived quickly but I found the shock absorbers supplied were not correct. Instead of a left and right absorber, there were two identical right ones. The seller said they would send new ones; it took a while but what I received were right and left shock absorbers with the wrong holes for holding the motors. It is possible I could have explained it better, but they were very apologetic and I supplied a photo of what was wrong this time. I had to remind them about sending another set, but they quickly sent the correct ones with tracking so I knew when it was coming. All in all, they were very polite and helpful, and the jeep is now up and running. ... show more
