Bought this for my 4 and 6 year old. It was easy to put together, and pretty well made. I like that the bar on the back is bolted in because it makes it much easier to pull the car out of holes my kids run into or giant obstacles they somehow find themselves stuck on top of. That said, the car hasn't broken at all despite my 4 year old's hazardous driving! The remote control also works just fine which is a great. The only thing negative I'd have to say is that it's a little small for my 6 year old. But he's rather tall so we are getting used to that being the case. Also the music that is comes with is incredibly annoying, which makes the kids like it more so I don't know of that counts as a negative. We've had several of these cars from different sellers and they all seem to come with music that makes you wish a certain future of the car would actually break, so no points docked!

Okay so, the cool thing is BOTH rear wheels pull at the same time. This is pretty cool considering ones with only one wheel pulling tend to get stuck more often. It was easy to put together and it’s been reliable - we’ve been using it almost daily. The Bluetooth is actually pretty cool too. The music over Bluetooth was a feature I wasn’t even interested in using at first. I was thinking, my kid couldn’t care less. But after getting used to having the 80’s music in the background while he’s riding around, it’s actually a nice thing to have. My only criticism would be; when the battery dies the rear wheels completely stop moving. If you try to push it, the wheels will slide etc. You’d have to pick it up to move it anywhere which could be a pain if the battery dies a long way from where you’re storing it. (Have to carry it back) If there were some kind of release to let them roll, that would be great. Other than that, no complaints.

I am very impressed with the engineering of this toy. First of all, my kids (1.5, 4, 6) LOVE it. It gives them the sense of freedom and independence I was hoping they would get from it. I also wanted to familiarize them with driving an actual car, and this has done exactly that. After our first afternoon of cruising up and down our street my 4yo went from unable to drive to pro! Whenever they get themselves into a tight spot, which happens often due to the very wide turn radius, the remote seems to be very responsive and even fun though it can be physically overridden by the driver if they are determined enough. My biggest complaints are that I cant figure out how to connect to the BT as it will not populate on my phones available list, the door latches are too stiff for youngins to operate which results in them crawling over the top of the door which is a fall hazard, and that the shifter is right where a taller childs knee cap would be making it difficult for 2 toddlers to ride together. The electric motor is very powerful and insanely loud, which is actually nice because you can always hear where they are but they cannot hear cars coming up behind them or me calling for them over it. Finally, the wheels are plastic so there is very little traction and the accelerator is just an on/off switch so it would be easy to loose control in a downhill situation.

Great first motorized toy for little kids. My daughter loves it. She loves the music and the dumping bed. The speed is perfect, not to fast, not too slow. The battery last longer than her attention span. Great toy foe price.

I bought this for my 3 year old daughters birthday in May and I am writing this review a little over a month later to say that the battery has already stopped working. It will not hold a charge at all. Even when it was first purchased the battery life was only 25-30 mins long before dying. My kids love this toy but i would not purchase again for those reasons.

The media could not be loaded. Overall it is a good little truck but none of the sound worked it's fast and it last a long time on full charge takes a long time to charge but my model never had any sound effects
