These are great for playing with in the heat, they will hold a lot of water fill up a bucket or kiddie pool with tap water, and toss these in and they're ready to go. They will keep the kids busy for hours. Great for parties, splash play, heat waves, and more. The only complaint I have really is that they do hold a lot of debris of earth cuttings and such. I would avoid playing in the dirt with these as they will pick a lot of that up too. A soft grassy area will keep these much cleaner. When done, squeeze them out with your friend's help, and lay them out to dry so they do not mold and get gross- they can be reused for a long time if you take good care of them. You could handwash these in a bucket of soapy water (not too much soap, or use some vinegar to help kill any bacteria) if they are getting a little old-smelling. Do not wash them in a washer and do not put them in the dryer they will get ruined. Do not let your pets have them they will shred them up. There may be some minor fluff fall out from the finished cuttings, you can pick it off and toss it. There is a handy mesh storage bag to store these in when they are fully dry or mostly dry, the mesh bag is breathable to let the remaining water dry if left in a warm environment. These are made of polyester, not cotton. They resemble cotton balls. These are safer for the environment by being reusable, instead of disposable water balloons- when taken care of properly. You get 100 pieces, which is quite a lot for a party to use, there should be plenty to go around. Make sure everyone helps you find them all and squeeze them out well to help them dry quicker and use them again and again. Plus they are soft and should not hurt anyone except their feelings.

When I opened the box up, I did think that the balls were a bit smaller than I was expecting. However, they fit in smaller kid hands perfectly! They come with a mesh bag to store them all in and allows them to dry. The colors are nice and vivid, which I like. I need to come up with some games with them. Maybe like a water balloon fight where everyone gets their own color to use. I need to think on this one. All in all I think they are really cool and no rubber balloon pieces that are harmful to the environment.

My review is not based on using these giant fuzz balls (pom poms) as reusable water balls. The texture to me would not be appealing if these got wet and I'm not really sure how well or fast they would dry. But I will say this, when I opened the box and my toddler saw these giant colorful balls he was so excited. He wanted to be buried in them. They are so wonderful for sorting and for sensory play. And because they are giant compared to even the biggest pom poms sold they made playing with them even more fun! Another positive is since they are meant to get wet washing them would not be a problem. And they do come with a mesh bag for easy storage.

These pool water balls are fantastic. The material soaks up the water well. You can throw them in the pool or just in a water fight. They are much easier to use and reuse than traditional water balloons which are a pain to fill and tie off. I love that they come in MANY bright colors and there is a carrying case that is mesh so it doesn't matter if they are wet. Great summer purchase!

The media could not be loaded. They do hurt when they’re thrown, lol. Especially if you have teens. Love that you can clean them up easily. Store them in a bag and let them dry. If you don’t like the idea of waste then these are great. I would be careful with pets, they may think they’re a toy a choke. Overall my kids had a great time in the pool. Idk if I would compare to the splash and fun of regular water balloons.

My son loves these. They're super soft and he loves throwing them around. We haven't put water in them yet because my son prefers to use them to play catch and he loves the texture of them. You get a lot for the price. Definitely worth the buy.

These are pom poms, just to be clear. This is a positive thing because they are easy to find after a water "balloon" fight. They hold a pretty good splash. Fun for park playdates.
