I bought this backpack because it was cheap enough that if it sucked I wouldn't have lost that much money but not so cheap that it was guaranteed to be trash. And I'll put it to you like this, if this backpack was a hundred bucks I would still be happy with it. This bag is made from what feels like very thick high quality canvas. It feels thicker and heavier duty than the canvas on my Carhartt jacket. And it's smallest it is very small and compact but when you fold it all out and fluff out all the compartments and undo all the straps it gets surprisingly big. And I absolutely love what they did with the straps and buckles. All the weight bearing areas like where the shoulder straps connect they have the regular canvas but then there is also an adjustable strap there to take the brunt of the weight. Which means it is way way stronger than normal. And the straps are located in positions that there is a strap taking the majority of the strain throughout the entire backpack. So there is no spot where the strap connects to canvas where it could potentially rip because the load is distributed across such a large area. Whoever thought out and designed this backpack did an amazingly exceptional job so between that and the chest and stomach straps I feel 100% confident this backpack will do what I bought it for which is to hold my stuff while I'm flying down the street on my motorcycle. I kind of want to buy one or two more just so I have spares in case they get sold out on Amazon.

I got this backpack for my husband to use to carry his gear for our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). The various pockets provide quick access to smaller items that might get lost in the main compartment. I don't care for the triangle shape of the top pocket as it seems like a waste of valuable space. The molle straps on the bottom pockets give a good versatility for hanging items or attaching various pouches (like we use for our HAM radios). The straps are nicely padded and comfortable as is the back. The pack is a decent size and could also be used for an emergency bug out bag. It even has Velcro strips for attaching identification insignia, if desired.

What a beast of a backpack. It is huge. It is built well with quality stitching and double zippered compartments. With 3 main pockets and two external pouches, you can store a lot of stuff for any number of activities. And with the available MOLLE attachments, you can increase your total capacity even more. I'm a bow hunter from the wayback and I often hunt with a diverse group of friends, usually 6-8 per hunt, hunts that last 7-10 days. We backpack our way into the deep woods and set up camp, scout out the surrounding area for tracks and trails and a source of water. Everything I will have for the duration are the things I bring with me. 50ft of nylon rope, a hammock, first aid kit, emergency radio and extra battery, fire starting equipment, extra socks, weather radio, headlamps and flashlights, cooking gear, space blankets and more, usually lots more. The Lovelinks21 Tactical Assault Backpack can handle all of that with ease, leaving room for emergency food and energy bars, water purification and storage container, and then some. Emergency gear, map, compass and medical gear attaches with the MOLLE attachments so I won't have to dig around searching for it. Likes: Heavy duty material, weather resistant, quality stitching and easy open zippered compartments. Mesh backing on the back and shoulder straps areas. Helps prevent 'hot spots' and makes long term wear more bearable. The OD green color, perfect for camping, hiking or day trips outdoors. The velcro flag patch is a nice touch also. Adjustable chest and waist straps to help distribute the weight and get some of it off your shoulders. The buckles are easy to connect and disconnect and the straps can be adjusted to suit your wear of the backpack. The price. This is a lot of backpack for just $40. Quality construction and material, well thought out design, adjustable to individual body size, huge interior with space for a lot of gear. Like I said, it's a beast.
