The media could not be loaded. Seems like a nice posture correctors I have to give you standing up straight. Overall, I thought it look nice. Seems straightforward and easy to use. You put it on almost like you’re putting on a backpack. And then you tighten the straps. As you lean forward and put you back into a normal standing position, sort of. I have been having some back pain for while now. This works for me. Its not to hard to put on, it even comes with instructions on how to put it on. I have bought a few in the past (different kinds) and this one seems to fit better and be a little more comfortable. You have read some reviews about how uncomfortable they are and yes they are not like sleeping on clouds. This is made for you to wear to relieve some back pain and to help your posture. There is going to some discomfort around your "underarm" area but for me its not to much of a bother vs the pain I have from my back by not using this. I am a 40 year old man that is 5 ft 10 in. 260 lbs. I wear this under my shirt so it would not make my dress shirts all messes up. If you do it is a good idea to work an undershirt. If you are looking for something that is going to feel like heaven than you might was well stop looking for something like this. If you are looking for something that is going to help with your posture and/or relieve some back pain you should try this. Just remember that its not going to be very comfortable but it is also not going to be something you can not stand if you put it on right. ... show more

My shoulders are impinged and I've been having lots of neck pain when using a computer or being in a static position. I wear a neck brace when in those situations just to not be in pain. I dread having to go to the theatre, on a plane, or anything where I have to just sit because I'm in so much pain. I put this on and realized that while wearing it I don't need to wear the neck brace. The shoulders rolling forward is the sole cause of my neck pain. With this product whenever I feel myself about to slouch over it comfortably stops me from slouching into a problematic position and reminds me to stand and sit up straight. I've been experiencing a tremendous amount of back pain, I do alot lifting, bending, stretching, alot of repeative movement that involves my upper back, shoulders, and arms. Before this product, I couldn't sleep, had a difficult time taking a shower or changing my clothes, I couldn't sleep because it's the pain was so uncomfortable. I bought this because traditional methods were not working!! I went to the doctors and I was prescribed muscle relaxers (4 times a day 🤦🤦) and take over the counter pain medication, and continue other home remedy treatments to ease the pain, using icy-hot, taped up my back to take pressure away, hot showers and stretching afterwards. AFTER I bought this brace, absolutely NO BACK PAIN SINCE, I wear it every time I work and afterwards I take it off and relax, and I haven't had any pain since I wear this consistently and continue other methods.     • Great for back pain
I've struggled with my posture all my life, and I've gone to countless physical therapists and chiropractors for quick fixes for back pain for years. I decided to purchase this because my posture in my new working from home setup has been struggling more so than usual. I started out wearing it all day, it was comfortable, but the next day I was pretty sore, I had clearly overdone it, so decided to give it a rest for a little while. A few days later I developed a knot in my back that made it painful to breathe in deeply. In a normal scenario I'd call up my chiropractor for an impromptu session, but that's not an option at the moment. I assumed the knot was from exercising, so I decided to just relax and ice until it felt better. For days my back was killing me, and there seemed to be no position that wasn't painful. I spent HOURS trying to foam roll it out, deep tissue massage, graston, estim... everything I could think of, but it wouldn't go away after a week. Then I saw this brace sitting on my chair and I decided to give it a try. The relief was almost instant. I hadn't really thought that my knot could be posturually related, I've had these types of knots several times before and always assumed it was related to exercise, but pulling my shoulders back into the proper position really did the trick. I definitely recommend this brace to anyone struggling with back pain/posture issues, but be smarter about starting to wear it than I was.
