The media could not be loaded. I have used it 3 times and like it do far, its easy to use and the directions are clear. I haven't tried the other attachments yet but I'm sure it will be a piece of cake. It warms up pretty fast which is cool PS.. Open the window to reduce the smell of burning because you are using hight heat so it can get pretty strong. Remember to shut it off after using it. ... show more

**"edit *** I was able to contact customer service and a new box is being sent out. Contact is through email, it took a few days to respond, but they just asked for pictures to verify the model and there is a new box on the way. I purchased this a little over a year ago. I was scared that it wouldn't work since it's been sitting in my basement for 4mths untouched since the arrival.. Easy to use, havnt switch the flat press to any other press yet.. but hope soon.. Well packed.. I had the pictures, but unable to pull them to upload so had to take pictures..

I have used the machine one time, and it worked well. I went to use it again a year later and it turned on for about 3 seconds and turned off never to turn on again, even after changing outlets. I replaced the circuit breaker, and the same thing happened turned on for a few seconds and shut off and would not turn on again. ... show more

Will definitely recommend this! Easy to use. Reasonable price. This is my first heat press machine. I'm new to these projects and I'm very happy with how easy it is to use. Tip: One temperature and timing is set. To start timer press down arrow. To stop beeping when timer goes off press arrow again.

Overall works great for what I need it for, however it most definitely is not a 12x10, for sure smaller. Most shirts that I make htv being applied i can never do anything as big as a 12x10 that will fit without me having to slide it over and down to get it all on. More than likely will be purchasing one much bigger from somewhere else in the near future. As mentioned above though, it does heat quite well, there was no instructions, looks like it was used as the additional pieces were very scrapped up. Had to use youtube to figure out how to use the timer and heat settings. Also the heat press pictured is not the one that was received. I didn't really notice all of these things until I went back, because i didn't recall purchasing one so small, and then realized it 1. didn't match the picture, the stated measurements don't match up with what I received, and read some of the other reviews and notices the same issue. smh. I don't hate, it because like i said, it gets the job done, but at least provide and update your listing with correct pictures, and descriptions. ... show more
