Purchased mid June for Father's Day. We finally got to take it out on the lake mid-July. It worked great for 3 hours...until it was sitting on the deck of our boat and randomly exploded with no one touching it. We were on the boat when it happened and it sounded like a gunshot. We were lucky that none of the kids were on it without a vest and in the middle of the lake. There are no markings anywhere except the failed seam you see in the picture. The worst part, these have a 30 day window for returns. This is a item that you tend to not be able to put in the water 30 days after purchase...as was the case with our situation. There is no way for me to return this on Amazon. We have been ripped off. I imagine this is a random failure and would happily return and exchange for another one...the reviews are good which is why we purchased this brand.

Went to use it today and a big hole is found on the seam. We have had a lot of fun on it this summer, seemed very well built and stable, but after barely a little over a month this happened. I am hoping the company will make it right.

I used the paddle board 1 time yesterday and left it outside for a few hours after bringing it home before deflating it. When I came back to deflate it, the board was deflated with a huge, unfixable hole in the front. I can’t find who to contact about replacing the board, so I hope this gets someone’s attention. MAJOR DEFECT! Edit: They sent me another one and it’s working well.

I won't be using it till tomorrow but so far everything except the backpack looks in perfect condition! I emailed support, but one of the straps was ripped when I opened everything. Still usable just don't know if it'll continue to rip in the condition it's in. Super excited to start my SUP journey 😊

LIVE this paddle board! The pump works great but the gauge for the pressure doesn’t work still gave it 5 stars because the board is perfect! I contacted customer service about the pump and the are sending me a new one!! Great customer service! Highly recommend this board for the quality and customer service!
