I received this bag on February 8th, 2024. I have used it every weekend to transport my laundry since. I fill it all the way up with about 30-40 pounds of laundry every time. Everything I wore that week, plus towels and a throw blanket and sheets. It's a big bag! I am a 48 year old female in not the best shape, but I am able to carry it from my upstairs apartment, down to my car, and then into the laundromat, then back to the car, and back upstairs. It is so much better, and easier to carry than the sack type of bag! It is showing no signs of wear yet, and I haven't tried to be gentle with it. I do have to lift it onto a table, to be able to get the straps on my shoulders. It's too heavy to just lift with one strap, and then slip my arm in the other strap. But this doesn't bother me at all. I love the zippered access to the bottom of the bag, but even more, I love the size of the zippered pocket, that allows me to store my laundry coins and soap pods, plus more if needed. The pocket bows out a little, so that even if the bag is crammed full, I can still access the stuff at the bottom of this pocket easily. I absolutely love the wires in the bag that keep it standing upright and open!! When I purchased this bag I was very afraid they would break or poke through the fabric after a bit of use. I didn’t expect a laundry bag to make this much of a difference, but this Bukere extra large laundry backpack has honestly made laundry day way easier—especially if you’re carrying everything to another room, floor, or laundromat. The capacity is the first thing you notice. It expands to hold around 3–4 loads of laundry, which means fewer trips back and forth. It’s great for things like towels, bedding, or just letting laundry pile up a bit before doing a full load. What really sets it apart is the backpack design. The shoulder straps are adjustable and distribute the weight well, so you’re not awkwardly carrying a heavy basket or bag in one hand. A lot of people mention how much easier it makes going up and down stairs or walking to a laundromat, and I’d agree—it’s just more practical. I also like that it can stand up on its own when it’s filled, so it doubles as a hamper in a room or closet.
