I wear glasses and the diopter focus is very important. The unit I received would not focus on the diopter side. The customer service offered a full refund for the product. I am very pleased with their efforts to help take care of this issue.

    • Double view regardless of adjustment.
I don’t leave reviews, don’t have time. For these I’ll take the time. I have high end binoculars low power for hunting. I know a little about them. These are junk. I knew for the price that light gathering and clearness would not be great but for over 100 power during daylight they should be fine. You can’t get a single or combined view. You look at a double view in any position you see double unfocused overlapped edges. The focus is off between eye cups even with the eye cup adjustment for focus between eye pieces. If you close an eye you can use either side of it for a monocular. They were cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. Ended up using my 8 power high end binoculars for the Grand Canyon and gave my other 4 mid range cost sets my kids use to my travel friends.Unfortunately I missed my return window or these would go back. They are complete junk. I even peeled the rubber back to get to the adjustment screws to pull the image into one nice circle. Most people doesn’t know it exist. Full bottomed out you still have two images of whatever your looking at. Now that I own them regardless I’m going to permanently remove the stop that keeps them from getting closed. That may allow for them to close up enough to get a single view. If it works I will update my review of how to at least get a single view. ... show more

    • Well, the ones I received were absolute junk.
Destin for the junk-pile. What can I say, completely worthless, completely useless. A very expensive papper-weight. The pair I received could not be focused, nor could they be calibrated to focus. Perhaps someone dropped them somewhere along the line and damaged the internal mechanisms, or perhaps they are just junk to begin with, whatever the case, the ones I received were worthless and could not be fixed. I'm a hobbiest photographer. I have and use some pretty expensive photography equipment. I certainly know how to operate a pair of binocs, how to focust them, and actually a little about how to adjust the internal optics to callibrate their focus should it be misaligned. This pair was bad out of the box. The diopter (Right-eye focus) was completely non-functional. The image was blurry and could not be brought into focus. The image when looking through the binocular with both eyes was completely out of alignment, total double-vision. The internal prisims would not respond to any adjustments made to the screws and it seemed the only part that worked as it should was the focusing ring. So, essentially, you could use them as a monocular on the left side optic exclusivly, but that sort of defeats the purpose of purchasing a binocular. I would suggest looking at other brands and forget about this pair all together. ... show more
