I recently purchased the WGP Hidden Camera Detector and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I thought this would be a great way to ensure my privacy, but it fell short in almost every way. The device is supposed to detect hidden cameras and alert you with a loud beep, but it was unable to do this in any of the places I tested it. Not only that, but the battery life was extremely short, lasting only about an hour. The signal was also weak and unreliable, only picking up a few cameras that were in very close proximity. The instructions were also confusing and difficult to understand. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a waste of money and does not provide the security and protection it promises.

Although the instructions came in Chinese, I was able to figure it out. That’s how easy it is to use. This little device comes in so handy. It really is able to detect wireless signals and hidden devices. I’m impressed. It’s easy to carry everywhere. It comes with a usb charging cable but you don’t need to charge it that often. It’s an also a nice gift to give someone.

I don’t know, directions suck and I can’t tell if I’m using it correctly. I don’t know it it’s prone to interference but certain modes everything seems to set it off. Only thing I can say is it gives my kids something to do whenever we stay at Air B&B’s

This product picks up the things when they are not there any wires in the wall. It does everything but what it is intended to do. I would spend extra money on a legitimate product than this product.

Something like this should be easy to use. It just went off all the time no matter where it was taken. Not helpful.

This is very sensitive to smart TVs and Wifi. For example, the device signals when you are near the TV because it is a smart TV and therefore has wifi capabilities and internal stuff for the remote, etc. Many hotel rooms have smart TVs, and likely this device will pick up the signals from it and all the other TVs in the rooms around you.... so I'm not sure this will be very useful in pinpointing a specific camera or location because it just beeps like crazy within 4 feet of the TV. I think I'll look for alternative camera locators. It did not detect my phone for some reason. Anyway, It has not helped me.
