The media could not be loaded. This double fan is worth the money. I thought I'd give it a try because the corner where my woodstove is always gets pretty hot and so does the room it's in. Although the fan is small it works well to disperse the heat and even out the temperature in the room, and it didn’t take much heat to get it going. I like that it's magnetic which allows for it to be moved up or down on the stovepipe. I have another woodstove in my home and will buy another one of these fans for that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When I order this product from Amazon. I thought, from looking at the pictures. This product should be able to heat up the living in my home 20 feet x 25 feet floor space. Open the box, shock; how small it really is. The magnets have great strenght. Even the thermo power dual fans spin very fast and no problems starting with countinue spinning. Here is the problem. This product is very small. During light ranny day. Out side temp was about 45f. There fans spinning fast as they can dual fans 6 blades. I couldn`t feel any air flow. Would I recommend this product to anybody? (NOPE, DON`T BUY THIS PRODUCT.) Look at the picture and Video. I made this video about 11pm at night PMT and I wake up about 4am for hour drive to work. ... show more

functions as described and the build quality is decent. However, we returned the item as it did almost nothing for airflow movement. If you had a tiny cabin, you might gain some benefit but in my open barn area absolutely zero benefit

The media could not be loaded. We got two different sizes and this double one has smaller blades than the other. BOTH single and double use the same thermal power source sensors (see picture) THus the two-fan unit is powered by the same capacity as the single, and thus rotates more slowly. The two-fan version gets only 1-2 stars the double fan version operates, but the fan blades are eccentric (wobble). It would seem that the single fan version has a higher CFM than the two fans combined here. We're returning the double version for a second single fan. $28 unit. THe video suffers from frame rate sync: all fans here rotate freely (except for the wobbly double blades) AMazon won't let us write a separate review. The single fan version works well to stir the air. ONe cannot expect a whirlwind blower, but it does project the warm air forward. ... show more

I love these and have 3 at various points on my stove pipe to let me have a great visual of how much heat is going up the chimney versus into the room. I have positioned one single blade fan at elbow bend directly over stove near roof to stir air at ceiling level if starts I also have also have 3 sitting thermal fans one on my cook top for moving the air around the room to ensure air moves even if there is no electric to the home for built in back fan that runs on electric. ... show more

Works as advertised. I found that the hotter the stove pipe, the faster it spins. I was able to add an additional unit pointed in the opposite direction. Firmly stays connected to stove pipe by the magnets. The fans are quiet!
