If you don't have one, get one! Never really thought about a bidet. Not even when everyone was fighting for toilet paper in the store during COVID as I always have preparation H wipes which are fantastic even if you don't have hemorrhoids. The leave me clean and never fail. This week my house got the stomach flu and everyone is complaining, including myself, that there bum is being wiped raw, even with the wipes. We're all praying for it to be over so our bums will stop hurting. I decided to get this with the hot and cold temperature, and WOW! I wish I thought of this earlier! Big difference! Warm gentle yet thorough cleaning. Like I said, if you don't have one, get one. You'll be glad you did. They family will love you for it!

Easy to install, doesn't leak and stays stable. I didn't like the women's cleaning feature as much, which is what is taking a star off the rating. The function spills water everywhere and isn't positioned right to clean the female parts.

This item is a waste of money! I bought it last December, but only installed it this April due to a busy schedule. The water hose easily loses its connection. The hot and cold washers were already lost, and because of these issues, I wasn't able to use it for a long period of time. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
