They do not hold up to chemicals(Superior Wire Wheel Cleaner). I was told I have to rinse out the valve every day . They last about 3 weeks. *Update, all 3 sprayers lasted about 3 weeks.

I'm reviewing the HI-TECH Black & Gold Acid Resistant Trigger Sprayer Pros: Fits the threads on the following spray bottles: Harris Pro Sprayer 32oz. Product code PRO-32 ZEP Commercial Professional Sprayer 32oz. Product code HDPR01. Many reviewers say these sprayers hold up well using various acids. Cons: None known. I plan to use the sprayers with 30% horticulture vinegar and plan to rinse them out with water after each use. I will update this review with my experience in the future. if you use wheel brightener or any other acidic based wheel and rim cleaner, you know that the sprayers don't last. z the stuff is so strong that it eats the triggers. Normally I'm impressed by any trigger that lasts more than a 2 weeks, but even those don't last long. These guys are the real deal, the first one lasted me MONTHS!!! am completely blown away. i bought the tree pack because i expected to go thru them fairly quickly. boy was i mistaken. since i ordered these, i am still using the second trigger. normally i need new sprayers after a month or so. great build and quality on these. highly satisfied ... show more

I got these because my Grove all-purpose cleaner would cause most spray bottles to stop working after 30 days. These are going strong! They fit on my reusable glass bottles I just trim the straw with some scissors.
